One picture one story; He died

I friend of mine told a pathetic story about how she lost her sibling. She said they were in the house home alone when she noticed that all was not well with her brother.

She took another look at him and there he was struggling for breath when there was oxygen everywhere. She didn’t know what to do as she sprang on her feet calling the attention of the neighbors. No one was around safe for one.

They quickly rushed him to the hospital and on arrival, the nurses were so negligent and were behaving like they didn’t see anyone around. The nurses were on their phone and didn’t even seem to recognize that someone was dying right in front of them.

One of the nurses told them to pay at the cashier stand when they got there, they didn’t have the amount of money required and then they requested to pay through bank transfer but were told to go to an atm opposite the hospital to make withdrawal before they would attend to a dying man.

They scampered across to the atm and withdrew the money and came back. Then they casually collected the money from them and then referred them to a doctor. By this time it’s almost over an hour forty five minutes. The young man was getting weaker by the minutes and life was leaving him.

The doctor came casually and asked them that why didn’t they rush the young man to the hospital earlier. Then he started to put the oxygen on him. But it was already too late. Just before his eyes , he gave up the ghost.

The nurses used a sheet and covered him and all the doctor could say was I am sorry, we lost him. And handed them over bills that they should pay for a service they didn’t render.

It was such a pathetic story. I don’t know what has happened to some of the nurses and doctors to turn them into cold blooded and insensitive humans who do not care about human lives but put money over life.
