Assalamu Alaikum,
Skilled manpower is important for the development of our country. People who do manual labor give physical labor to make our country beautiful. These workers give physical labor to build government buildings, private buildings, and roads in our country. They are the real heroes for the country. These construction workers are the main force for building new or broken roads that we make dirty or are broken by us.

We may be producing engineers theoretically, but if the workers we need to complete the work according to the designs created by the engineers were not available in our country, we would have to travel on dirty or broken roads, otherwise we would have to import manpower. Our country has a lot of manpower, which is the human resource of our country.

In today's picture mentioned above, some workers are preparing the road for concrete pouring. Here, a woman is working with two men (many more women and men are working nearby). They are breaking the road to create a culvert so that it can connect to the drainage system to drain the water of this city.

The image of a clean city is being created by the strong hands of a worker. The worker is sweating for his family by breaking the concrete of the road with a hammer. Where the culvert will be broken and a new one will be built. On the other hand, by doing this work, at the end of the day, the worker's wages will provide food for his family.

Here is a woman who has come to work along with her husband to bring prosperity to her family and is collecting the broken soil and concrete on the side of the road. What a tireless work of men and women to take a family forward.

He is working even in his old age. The responsibility of a family has forced him to work hard even at this age of 60+. At the end of the day, what does a worker want to return home, see his wife's smiling face, sit with his child, eat food and have a restful sleep that fills his eyes with the fatigue of the whole day. A good sleep will remove this fatigue and prepare for the next day when he has to go back to work.
