I have come to share a new post of mine with you. Today's post is about: Every week, some daily wage laborers are desperately needed.

How to make money from business by using your intelligence and making money in an honest way. It is not enough to just sit and do business by making profit from a small business and creating a big business, for that business to become very big, you have to run around and earn good money.

The creator will never face any loss to the business that earns money in the right way.

Just like that, our farm needs daily wage workers every few days. We do small jobs in our farm but we keep the big jobs.

The very necessary jobs that need to be done immediately are done by some people around who can do the work if you pay them some money. And the ones that are saved and kept together like a line. Then we bring the laborers for more than one day to do the big jobs.

Now can you tell me? It would be enough if we kept one employee every month. Our firm had two employees who used to do the work, but one of them left because of problems at home. Now it is not possible to do the work alone.

I told the employee brother that we will stay with you and will increase some money but our second employee brother did not agree and left. He wanted to use our weakness but we did not agree.

After that, we decided that we would do the small jobs ourselves and the big jobs in the pond, in the pond, in the poultry farm, or at home, those jobs can be done by day laborers.

It would cost 5 to 6 taka per month for day laborers to do the big jobs in our house. This way, all the work would be done. We used to pay our two employees 30 thousand taka per month. If there is a lot of work, then the maximum cost per month would be around 10 thousand taka.

We save a lot of money every month and can use that money for other things. Any job requires hard work to earn money.

For example, we need our daily wage workers to prepare food with our big bill for this week, but we cannot do these tasks. If we give them a chance to work, they will benefit, and we will also benefit to some extent.

If we have some specific tasks, if they finish them but there is time left, then we leave some work in advance.
