I can't remember the last time I visited the hospital, why? Because I've been indulging myself in regular exercise, which helps fight against some chronic diseases. Yes, exercise is very crucial to one's health, I mean, a sick person won't be able to write, comments or create contents on Steemit and beyond. I truly appreciate @okere-blessing for coming up with a contest like this. To explore more on this contest, let's answer the given questions below....

Yes, I'm an exercise person, and I can confidently say that exercise is an integral part of my lifestyle. I'm committed to staying active and healthy, which is why I joined the StayFit Fitness Club. My typical routine consists of exercising four times a week with my teammates at the club. However, even on days when I'm unable to make it to the club, I still ensure that I get some form of physical activity. Whether it's a 30-minute to 1-hour workout in the comfort of my own room, I make it a point to stay active.
About the procrastinating set of people? Off course you're right, there are people who underestimate the value of exercise and view it as a waste of time. I have a personal experience with someone like that, a young boy in my neighborhood. Every time I head out for a workout, he would mock me and call me names, saying that I'm idle and don't have a "real job." . Oh no, he's wrong, I have a real job.

Exercise is not only a vital part of my lifestyle, but it's also a deliberate choice that I've made to prioritize my health and well-being. I'm proud to say that I've made exercise a non-negotiable part of my daily routine, and I'm committed to reaping its numerous benefits for years to come.

My best exercise is aerobic exercise. I'm often asked why I prefer this type of exercise, and my response is simple, aerobic exercises incorporate activities I enjoy, such as dancing, walking, and jogging at a moderate pace. As someone who loves dancing so much, I was immediately drawn to aerobic exercises when I first discovered them. While they may appear effortless, trust me when I say that they require a significant amount of endurance, stamina, and strength.
Some of my aerobic exercises include heel touches, toe touches, shadow punching, and ribs twisting. These exercises not only get my heart rate up but makes me enjoy the moment spent in shaking my body all through. Check out this 2-minute video showcasing my favorite aerobic exercises.....

Aerobic exercises helps in strengthening the heart and lungs, as well as helping in blood circulation.
Aerobic exercises helps in stamina and strength, making daily work or task easy to execute.
Aerobic exercises helps in burning calories and maintaining a good body structure.
Aerobic exercises helps in improving and building muscle strength, and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Do you have any special eating plans for your exercise?
Yes, though we're living in a world that's hard to afford what you would like to, but I always try as much as possible to follow my food plans for my Aerobic exercises. Before exercising, I don't eat any food, and after exercising, I take more of fruits and vegetables, rather than junkies and road side food. At night, I take small swallow, and drink enough water before going to bed.

It'll be wrong for me not to have a special eating plan for my exercise, because the calories I'm trying to burn, the strength in my muscles that I'm trying to build, the stamina and strength too, all will be in vein. That's why I take light food after exercising, to keep my body weight normal and maintain a good health.
Keeping fit is very crucial to one's health, and here in Steemit, I know of few friends who prioritize fitness as their lifestyle of which I'll like to invite to this contest. They're lovers of football, basketball and hiking.
