Tell us about Shocking moment of life

One of most shocking moments in my life is sudden lost of close family member. This was a normal daily routine work and schedule when I receive call that totally changed my mental level and awareness.

My heart deeply fall in grief as I heard about the news of my grandma, who had always been strong women I have ever seen in my life, and she was full of life and rules of spending the life.when I heard about that she had passed away suddenly due to a sudden myocardial infarction. It was not just the only shock of losing her that really makes me grief and upset physically and mentally. After taking two minutes everything is under controlled, and I trying my best to handle the situation.

This sudden lost shock leave me totally feeling deeply numb. I had not able to process that the bitter fact that is someone who was constant in our lives had gone and left us lonely and upset. It hits me harder or harder because I had never really thought.

What you realized and what you did at this moment?

On this moment of my life, I was totally frozen with pure disbelieve. I remember that I was sitting in deep silent phase and staring at my phone in hands, as I was trying to accept the reality to began settle this trauma patiently.

After this the one of first I had came to contact with other my family members. I called my parents and siblings, and we all members struggle to process the shock together. This was felt like we were all in a deep haze, we were trying to hold each others up of the overwhelming grief.

After this immediately began I start to making arrangement to be with my family members and support them in any way that I could attentively. I travel to be with my sad relatives, and we all spent time together that was full of grief but also sharing stories and memories of mine grandma.
