"My Hobby"

Greetings my fellow steemians, welcome to my blog.
I will be sharing with you my hobbies which is a contest that was organized by @steem4indonesia, I came across this and I was very excited, soo moving forward, my hobbies are cooking, reading story books and spending time with my family telling jokes.

I have read soo many story books, since from my primary 5, I started deriving joy from reading story books, and soo I continued, there are some few books I read during my junior secondary school, and I can never forget about those story books, the reason is because they were soo emotional.

Almost as if it was reality, although most of them are actually real life stories, here are some story books that I read which led me to crying physically, Cry of an orphan Tears of an orphan The fruit of disobedience The trafficked victims there are countless of them, and I would recommend anyone that if there are any story book lovers here, then they should try reading any of this, I believe they will love them.

Anyway, one of my favorite hobby is cooking, which I have decided to share with you, I have been cooking since when I was 9 years old, and my Dad has always been my biggest supporter, even when the food I prepared adoes not taste good he would always eat and then correct me where he feels I made a mistake.

This made me very happy, encouraged and willing to continue trying my best, I want to share a very simple but delicious breakfast which I made, it is a toast bread with egg, well I made mine in a different and unique standard.

First I started by washing my onion and pepper,, then I proceeded to slicing them, after that I washed my egg then broke it into a bowl, added the chopped onion and pepper with a pint of salt then mixed up probably, placed a clean pot on fire.

A pan is preferred but I used a pot because I do not have a frying pan, when the pot got hot, I added a little amount of baking butter to the pot, then poured in my already mixed egg, also all this process was done on a low heat, soo after pouring in my egg, I placed a slice of bread on the egg.

Next, I allowed it for few seconds then flipped it upside down, so that the other side can also be toasted, I added some more butter again, to make sure that my bread was well-toasted and did not get burnt, I also added another sliced bread on the other side after flipping the egg.
