INTRODUCTION

Greetings, my people of Steem for Indonesia, it's one of you, @destinedhanik. I'm glad to be here again and I am here to participate in this drawing contest of earrings by @m-fdo. As we all know, earrings are part of the accessories of women that makes them beautiful. There are varieties of earrings but I'll be drawing Mt favourite today.

STEPS IN DRAWING MY EARRINGS

FIRST STEP:
I started by drawing the ear hook, that is the upper part of the earrings. This is a long curved shape.

SECOND STEP:
My second step of drawing was the middle part of the earring leading to the hook. This is made up of curve shapes and hooks. This part of the drawing ended in the beads.

THIRD STEP:
My third step involved drawing the down part of the earring. This is the part connecting the bead down.

FOURTH STEP:
My fourth step was me drawing the brush that is connected to the earrings. This i drew by making a kind of triangular shape and adding vertical lines though not straight.

FIFTH STEP:
My fifth step involved drawing the other part of the earring and tracing it with pen to make it more visible since the pencil was faint.

FINAL STEP:
In my final step, I coloured my earrings with sky blue colour and brown and made finishing touches to my earrings.

ESSENCE AND UNIQUENESS OF EARRINGS IN A WOMAN'S DRESSING

• Earrings makes ones face stand out. When one is dressed, one of the first things the other person looks at is the face and one quickly notices the earrings. Earrings makes one's face and dressing unique, especially when it matches with the dress worn.

• If a lady is on low cut, one might not really know the person is a lady but earrings points out that fact.

• Earrings makes one look more beautiful. Currently, men and women wear earrings, whether it's dangling, stud, chanel I etc.

• The earrings we put on serves as a means of non verbal communication. It either expresses our culture or even our religion.

• Earrings helps change our face or our look example a person with an oval face can wear an earring that changes her face, a person with a long face can wear an earrings that changes the shape of her face.

    Besides the fact that your earring drawing steps were well explained, the additional details about earrings at the end of the post were interesting. The use and meaning of earrings have changed over the years. Men can freely put them on these days, and it has nothing to do with being owned by someone else anymore. It was only irresponsible boys who put on earrings in the past, but today, even responsible and famous men go about with earrings. I love modest earrings, dangling or studs. Not too big or too long or with provocative signs.

              I agree with you. I remember one time I stepped out of the house so beautifully dressed. Something made me look at my reflection on a car's window and immediately it struck me that something was not complete. After carefully checking myself, I realised it was because I paired the dress with the wrong earrings. A silvery, dangling earring would have done the magic. I had to continue to my destination. But it taught me a lesson:
              That every earring serves a purpose. They should never be underestimated. By the way, I enjoy reading your thoughts.
