In the morning I went to the greengrocer & fish shop, Toko Sayur Pak Yono what3words.com at Ngebong Street, Banjarejo, Madiun City, East Java to purchase some ingredients for cooking today. It was my turn. There were some customers also there.

It takes approximately 15 minutes for taking a walk from my house Banjarejo what3words.com Mayjen Panjaitan Street, Taman District, Madiun City to the greengrocer & fish shop, Toko Sayur Pak Yono what3words.com at Ngebong Street, Banjarejo, Madiun City, East Java. As long as as I knew, they open their The Greengrocer & Fish Shop starts from 5 am until 11 am.

Their store is not really big & not really small yet they provide pretty complete ingredients for cooking in their shop. As far as I concern, their store has a lot of loyal customers and never quiet. So that’s why I assume their store is really fast to close in the morning. Unfortunately they didn't have any social media account for their veggies shop.

Their shop mostly dominate by bone white colour plus wooden colour. They put some wooden shelf & tempered glass shelf on their shop. In the middle plus in front of the store, there are big tables by wooden to put some fresh veggies plus spice herbs & traditional cakes, tapai, traditional seasoninh sachets, tofu & etcetera.

The Greengrocer & Fish Shop, Toko Sayur Pak Yono At Ngebong Street, Madiun City, East Java provide a bunch of vegetables, namely lettuce, mustard, potatoes, carrots, beans, long beans, aubergine, mini eggplants, spinach, water spinach, melinjo leaves, chayotte, snow peas, pumpkin leaves & so on.

They also sell some of traditional furthermore modern seasoning sachets in their veggies shop. There are some traditional crackers, fishes, chicken, nuggets, salted fish, salted anchovies, fried baby shrimps, eggs, tempeh, peanut and so forth.

At that time I found milkfish in the fish area. They put it on the mini container.I assume it’s about 7 ounces of milkfish then the price is IDR 21,000. If we convert to Steem is about 9.77 Steem. I bought a pack of scallop, too. For a pack of scallop & I consider is approximately 2.5 ounces & the price is IDR 11,000 or 5.12 Steem

I asked the seller to help me also to clean the milkfish due to the fact that it’s rather big. Alhamdulillah yazz they want to do it. They are always friendly, fast response plus sometimes give a little discount for ther lovely customers.

I bought a bunch of spinach also. In my humble opinion the spinach is fresh & eye-catching. I do love the spinach. For a bunch of spinach I should pay IDR 2,000. If we convert to Steem is about 0.93 Steem. I took a pack tempe also with the medium size and the cost is also same as spinach, IDR 2,000

There are some bunches of long beans, too. I am over the moon with the colour. It’s so greeny and fresh. It looks like they just picked it from the garden. Ahaha... I took two bunches of long beans and the prices are : IDR 2,000 x 2 bunches = IDR 4,000. If we convert to Steem is about 1.86 Steem

I bought fresh carrot and the cost IDR 3,000. If we convert to Steem is about 1.39 Steem. I am keen on the colour of the carrot. It’s so fascinating. I took rather big one carrot. I couldn’t lie to myself that I am keen on to purchase ingredients for cooking here owing to the fact that a lot of fresh vegetables moreover in the morning.

Looking for some lemongrass & limes in the herbs area to prepare some food for Iftar menu plus pre-dawn meals menu for my lovely friends

I asked the seller to help me to take the eggs also inasmuch as I couldn’t find it around me. I just asked the seller to take two eggs and Alhamdulillah they gave me a little discount. I just need to pay for two eggs are IDR 3,000 or 1.39 Steem. I bought lemongrass about 8 stalks also and the cost was affordable today. It’s only IDR 1,000 or 0.46 Steem. I took two fresh limes also & it has same price is like lemongrass, only the price is IDR 1,000. As far as I knew, usually the price is more pricey for the lemongrass & limes, I meant it’s about IDR 3,000 or 1.39 Steem or it’s about IDR 4,000 or 1.86 Steem. Alhamdulillah today I got a good price. Hehe...

I purchased a pack of tapai a.k.a. fermented cassava also, IDR 3,500 or 1.62 Steem. Yep, the tapai is savory in Toko Sayur Pak Yono. There are some of traditional cakes, too. I consider there are some of bakers put their cakes & tapai also in Toko Sayur Pak Yono.
