Three-wire feature LED light repair. || Problem: The LED light is flickering. With video tutorial.

A person from my area gave me his broken LED light and said that when the current goes out, it runs through the battery, but when the current is there, the LED light starts flickering a lot. So first I tried changing the capacitor of the LED light, but that also did not work. I thought that the problem was in the small components of this circuit. So since it is not a high-quality circuit and is available in the market at a very low price, I changed the circuit, and this is a different type of LED light; this is a 3-wire LED light. So let's see step by step how I repaired this 3-wire connection LED light.
Step -01
First I took the LED light in my hand and took a two-pin plug and holder to work. Then after giving 220-volt input voltage, you can see that the light is not lighting up directly because the light was switching on and off a lot due to the circuit problem.
Step -02
Then you can see that I have opened the top white cover, and inside you can see the SMD LEDs. The biggest round LEDs you can see here are the 220-volt, 15-watt ones, and the small round LEDs inside are the 3.7-volt batteries that run on current and give 5 watts of light. Then I removed the heat sink from the body light cover, and you can see the circuit and battery inside.
Step -03
Then, to completely remove the circuit and battery from the light, I turned the light over and removed two pins from the pin holder at the back. Then you can see that the capacitor is not damaged because I had changed this capacitor once before, but it was not working. So I decided to change the circuit and removed the battery clip from the circuit.
Step -04
Now the circuit that you see in my hand is a new circuit bought from the market, and according to the quality of such circuits, I keep it in my house a little bit so that if anyone gives me any kind of light, I can repair it. The market price of this circuit in Bangladesh is 70 taka. And I will fix this light and take 30 taka as income, totalling 100 taka. Then, to check the output of the circuit, I have set up a digital multimeter with a connection wire.
Step -05
After giving 220-volt input voltage, you can see that the reading of the digital multimeter is showing 95 volts. There is a reason for showing 95 volts here because this light is not twenty watts because the light that will operate with this circuit is a 12 to 15 watt light. Then I have connected the three wires of the circuit with the three connections of the SMD LED panel. The circuit connection colours were red, black and white. with these three colors, a code is given for soldering inside the light: L, N and F.
Step -06
When the circuit is complete, before fitting it to the body, I checked it a little, and you can see that the big round LEDs on the four sides are burning a lot, the two LEDs in the middle are burning a lot, and the small round LEDs are burning very little. These LEDs are basically powered by a 3.7V battery. And the LEDs that are giving more light now are powered directly by 220 volts and give 15 watts of light. Then I connect the input voltage wires of the circuit to the holder pins.
Step -07
After connecting the circuit to the holder pin, I again applied 220 volts of input voltage, and you can see that my light is working properly, and I checked the reading with a digital multimeter to check the output of the battery, and you can see that it is showing 4.33 volts, which is the output of the circuit to charge the battery very nicely. Then I also measured the battery to see if it was OK, and the battery was giving an output of around 1 volt because the light had been sitting for a long time and the battery was discharged.
Step -08
Then after completing the entire work and fitting the light, I applied 220 volts of input voltage, and you can see that the LED is working very well and giving beautiful light. And after completing my repair work, I took a selfie with me, which will be proof of my work.
