Diary game:25/08/2025 under how I processed cassava into garri

welcome to all our our members in this wonderful platform , again am very grateful to participate in this community, writing I this community always b give me more confidence to write more because of your participation on my post,and I really appreciate it . So today I have a special word to write again today because each day comes with blessings and each coming I don't need to stay jobless or lazy so I find something better and do for each day today, has come and am going to hit and one on how I processed my cassava into garri ,omg it not an easy work but I did it .

am going to take it though step by step on how the method goes , firstly when I harvest the cassava from the farm I keep it to be peel the next day , with today comes I use knife and began to peel it it was not an easy work so because it was much so I peel it with my mom so that we can be done quickly for the next method

I peel it and it remains some I put more effort in doing it ,when I was done with peel I wash it and take it to factory for grinding when I reach there the person who will do the grinding I mean the operator price me on a high and I too price on what I can afford and we both agreed in a certain amount he on the engine . And I began to packed in
and the man's engine was sharp in which my cassava was grind quickly . When I put it in the engine the next step the grinded cassava came out and I removed it ,and it is that one that is use for garri so now am in the corner in the procession , I removed the grinded cassava because some not been grind well so I need to grind them again so that it can easy for sleeving

I removed it for the engine and oil it with red oil so that the colour with red and easy for frying , when I removed it the next step I put it in bag

And all was three bags and after putting it in bag the next step dry and the person will dry very well so theat it won't be difficult for me to fry and putting it in bag see what it gives to me

I then return home later I come back to pick it because it has dry ,I pick it for sleeving , when I reach I the afternoon period I began to sleeve it ,it was not much so I did it alone

After sleeving and refuge out I began to fry because all this processing is to made sure you fry it and it becomes dry so that it can stay a long period of time. So began to fry it

It good for me to have my own cassava in the farm because when my garri finished I wouldn't go and buy from any I just go to farm and get for my garri ,after all I had finished frying my garri and here is it

I hold it with too much straight oo because it costly in the market to buy , and that I use my garri and prepared some soup and eat

And now I will start enjoy my garri with anything especially groundnut and sugar ,and my favorite soup .
