Dear diary

Today was fun fill with alot of interesting activities.

I woke up early today with so mush energy we examine our daily scriptures then i move forward to doing house chores, today was a rainy day it had already started raining very early in the morning but thankfully it stopped before we were even ready to leave for our Christian meeting, i made breakfast for the family we all ate and prepared for meetings.

Today was our circuit overseer last visit to our congregation, our circuit overseer have been selflessly working with our congregation for the past 3 years so today was a day to bid him farewell to his new circuit and after party was organized to appreciate him and his beloved wife.

We left home to the kingdom hall for our Christian meeting that took just 2 hours, scriptural talk from brother Neriah (circuit overseer) was timely encouraging and beneficial to us living in the last days.

After meeting i greeted my friends in the congregation and we took some pictures.

After having sometime with my Christian brothers and sisters i went home to change into a simple dress to assist in the kitchen for the after party that was organized.

I arrived the venue earlier and most of the things were in place like the chairs for the guest and drinks, few of the guests who came directly from the kingdom hall after the meeting were already there so i immediately went to the kitchen were i was assigned to work, there were lots of brothers and sisters who came willing to help in the cooking so everyone was busy with different types of chores.

Having many people working together made the cooking alot easier and fast, rain started drizzling again while the cooking was going on but thankfully it wasn't so serious to interrupt the cooking since everything was done outside.

Two popular meal was made for this event

It was 4pm and the event started with alot of guests present to appreciate our circuit overseer for all his fine work over the years the event started smoothly bible quiz and other fun activities were carried out.

Food and drinks were made available for everyone it was shared round everyone ate and drank to their satisfaction after our circuit overseer gave a speech to appreciate and encouraged the whole congregation to continue with the fine work before closing the event.

It was a successful day i came back home exhausted from all the day activities i took my bath and that was all for today.
