The Diary Game: How I Spend My Day 05-04-2025

Weekend is always a relaxing day for me as it is a weekend, I slept and woke up very late in the morning because I had nothing to do that morning. As I stood up from my bed, I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and then engage myself with house chores.

After I finish doing house chores, I then prepare something and eat. While being indoors relaxing, I started hearing the noise of children in my corridor playing, which I thought were my landlady's children who were playing, not knowing that it was their friends who visited them.

As I came out to see the faces of the children, they came closer to me and started requesting my phone. They pleaded with me to snap them, and I took a photo of them showed them how beautiful the picture was, and went inside my room.

As I entered inside, I couldn't stay; I took my ATM card and went to the market so I could buy a bag. Before this day, I had it in mind to buy a big bag, so I seized the opportunity and went to a mini boutique closer to the market in my town and purchased the bag that I needed.

Things are very expensive now in Nigeria. The price of the bag is now time 2x compared to what it was sold last year. I had no option but to purchase the minimum size of the bag for ₦25,000, which is equivalent to 132 STEEM. After paying for the bag, I then left it at the boutique and went inside the market and purchased some foodstuffs in the market.

From the market, I went to the boutique where I bought the bag, carried the bag, and went home to my apartment. Reaching home, I went into the kitchen and cooked obgono soup using the ingredients that I bought from the market.

After eating, I then rested before writing this post.
