🏵️🏵️Mandala Art for Better Life🏵️🏵️

🎨What do you know about Mandala art?🪄

Okay, I’ll share something about Mandalas with you as I know and how I took part in coloring Mandalas.

Mandala Arts originated in ancient India, and it is a geometrical design used to symbolize customs or cultural situations between Hinduism and buddhism.

In ancient times, Indians with the origins of Hinduism and Buddhism used to draw these as like as a circle by using various kinds of complex geometric patterns. They used to draw and paint these mandala arts to maintain their spiritual peace, to maintain calm mental health, mediation and self-discovery. In the current world, many people are seeking to create Mandala arts for their relaxation and peace due to the technology world they have sunk.

Students, workers, teenagers, and pregnant women are also using these colorings of Mandalas for their relaxation.

My work on coloring Mandala Arts —-🏵️🏵️🏵️

My fetus is now five months old, and I am suffering from various physical and mental complications. These days, I am doing various things for my unborn child. Following a proper and nutritious diet, spending time relaxing, reading books, listening to soft music, and sewing and decorating baby clothes are some of them.

My sister ordered and gifted me a set of books for my pregnancy. It included a journal for my baby’s first year, and a short handbook about how we should treat our newborn child, and what foods we should give him, and there was also a mandala art book with a colored pencil box too.

So I started to color Mandala Art also to reduce my psychological and mental complications.

Now I am going to show how I was ready to color the Mandala.

I chose one from the book first, and it was the first mandala art of the book.

Although this seems like an easy job at a glance, applying colors is somewhat difficult. We should have to think first and set our minds only for this job and choose a relaxing environment, because our main target is to get a colorful mandala and gain a high eye-catching result.

To get an eye-catching outcome,
First, we have to choose suitable coloring tools such as colored pencils, markers, gel pens, pastels, watercolors etc.

However, choosing colored pencils is an excellent way to blend colors smoothly. So the pictures below show you how I choose colored pencils to apply shading colors also. And after that I had to decide colors which I wanted to create a calm and symmetric artwork.

After that, I began to color the mandala from the middle of the art to maintain symmetry. And then I applied the same colors for the same elements of the art to the ram. Starting from the center of the mandala helps to maintain the color balancing well.

Some people who color mandalas keep certain areas white without applying any color to them. I also thought to keep some elements of the mandala in white, but for me, it was not set for this mandala art. Therefore, I colored all the elements of the mandala to maintain its beauty and symmetry.

After more than five hours, I did my job better than expected. The final result was able to give me the happiest moment of the day. You can all enjoy this, and I think at least one person could be motivated to do this as a hobby. I also wish to follow new things and share with you these kinds of experiences.
