Self esteem refers to an individual sense of it own value or worth in life. It has to do with their beliefs about itself, as well as their emotional states such as pride, shame, triumph, and despair.
Most important factors, that brings about self esteem including personal experiences in life, social interactions with other and cultural norms are those factor that have a strong influence on self-esteem.
There are two types of self-esteem:
High Self-Esteem:
This is characteristics that is possess by those that have confidence in their self abilities, a positive self-image, and positive mindset when facing challenges. People with high self-esteem usually have a strong sense of self-worth and are more likely to embrace new opportunities in life.Low Self-Esteem:
These are people that have self-doubt, feelings of worthlessness, and a negative mindset. Those with low self-esteem usually face anxiety and depression, and they often avoid taking risks or socializing with other people out of fear of rejection or failure.

Individuals with high self-esteem usually display greater performance and motivation in different areas, including work, education, and personal goals. They always approach challenges with confidence and motivation in which they always become successful at last. This alway lead to both personal and professional growth. Those with low self esteem can never be at this level.Decision-Making:
Those with strong self-esteem are usually more confident when making decisions. They stand strong on their options and consequences more effectively, leading to better choices both on their personal and professional lives.
4.Resilience:
High self-esteem always show resilience, which enhance individuals to bounce back from their failures. People with strong self esteem always see difficult challenges, as opportunities for them tolearning and growth rather than give up.

People with strong self-esteem always have a positive impact on others. Their confidence and self-assuredness always stand as inspiration to those around them and contribute to a supportive environment within their lives.

Overcoming low self-esteem is sacrifice that has to with a combination of self-reflection, behavioral changes, and sometimes professional help too.
Here are some ways that can help someone to improve self-esteem:
Recognize Self-Criticism:
- Acknowledge negative thoughts and self-talk. Challenge these thoughts by questioning the outcome of it and also try in reframing those negative thought to some more positive and realistic statements.
Set Realistic Goals:
- Many low self-esteem don't set a realistic goals for them self, they tend to carry everything on their mind which at the end they maynot be successful. But by breaking down larger tasks into smaller, help one to achieve his goals within a short period of time.
Celebrate Achievements:
- As a low self esteem always take your time in acknowledging and celebrating your successes, no matter how small it maybe. By doing this it help in boasting your confidence, strength in achieving more success.
Practice Self-Compassion:
- Always try to forget about the past knowing that the past is the past and focus in the present. Always have this mindset that everyone make mistake and that mistake should stand as lesson to you to learn more.
Surround Yourself with Positive People:
- As a low self esteem always try to spend your time with supportive and uplifting person, someone who encourage you and see your worth.

- Always participate in activities that make you happy and worth. Being in you confirm time enhance your sense of self-worth within self and the environment.
