One Step Pharmacy Ilorin, Nigeria

Hi everyone, I am here to participate in this new week Season 24 Engagement Challenge. This is an interesting one where I would write and pin the beautiful pharmacy store in Steem-Atlas, so that this store can be on the Steem Blockchain.

The name of this place is One Step Pharmacy that has been in existence for a long time. This pharmacy was built in its current location where everyone can have access to it. This is not my first time buying medicine in their store, and although it is one of the pharmacies we have in our state that sells drugs at affordable prices.

They also have expert and experienced staff who can guide you on how to use your drugs, especially the drugs the doctor wrote the prescription for you to purchase. They provide top-quality medicines and other household items to the customers. I think they registered this company in the year 2016 so that they can begin full operation.

It's not a government-owned organization; it's privately owned by individuals who run the affairs of the organization. That's why everything went smoothly. I like the way they organized themselves, with each section selling different products. The moment you pass through the entrance, you will meet the attendants or workers who will check the prices of the medicine you want to purchase in the computer database.

After that, they will direct you to the cashier section where they will give you a receipt. You will bring that receipt back and collect the drugs you want to buy. The architectural design is amazing and well-structured. The pillars are constructed to help the building stand firm.

In front of the store, there is a car space where their customers can easily park their vehicles at their own convenience. They also provide seating areas for their customers both inside and outside so that customers who want to purchase drugs and other baby wear can easily select them.

Everyone is calm, customers are attended to and welcomed in a good manner. Different kinds of light are put everywhere so that they can attract customers to choose whatever goods they want to buy. The lights also make the place lively. They offer personal care items such as drugs, eye drops, wheelchairs for elderly people, walking sticks, soft drinks, bottled water, Capri-Sun, supplement, veterinary medicine, surgical equipment, kids' diapers, and more.

Yesterday, I visited their store to purchase Vitadium eye drops. The attendant checked their computer to inform me of the amount I would pay for the eye drops. After that, he told me I would pay 6,000 naira, which is about 26 Steem. I paid to their cashier and was issued a receipt that showed I had paid for the medication. I took the receipt to a lady from whom I would collect the eye drops. Unfortunately, she searched everywhere but could not find it. Another lady reminded her that the available ones had already been sold.

After they couldn't find the eye drops, I was directed to the manager so that they could refund the money back. I went to him and explained everything. Immediately, he told me to give him my account number, which I did. Within a few minutes, my money appeared in my account. I need to go to another pharmacy to buy this medicine.

The reason why I prefer this place is that they put customers first and their drugs are of quality. I think by the end of the year, they give their regular customers some kind of gift for their continued patronage. Even from a far distance, people come to their store because their drugs are very cheap compared to other pharmacies. They communicate with their customers freely in Which they allow them to ask any questions concerning their health.
