We have to eat food constantly to survive. We cannot go a day without eating. Again, if we eat the same type of food while eating, we become disinterested in food. We want to eat food. If the mood is bad, then if we can create variety in food, or taste new foods, then the mood automatically becomes good. That is why it is said that food has an important influence on the mood of a person mood, having a positive effect.
I also eat different foods at different times to have a positive impact on my mood. One of my favorite foods is chicken soup. Although this food is available at any fast food store, I make it at home thinking about health.
This dish is very tasty and healthy; I often make this dish and enjoy eating it with my family members. After eating it, I feel satisfied, and my mood improves.

Chicken soup is very easy to make and can be made with some simple ingredients. I am presenting the ingredients for making chicken soup below:-
⭐️Ingredients to make the Chicken Soup: -⭐️
Chicken soup | 1 packet |
Chicken | 150 grams |
Egg | 1 piece |
Carrot (small) | 1 piece |
Pepper | 100 grams |
Corn flour | 2.5 spoons |
pepper | 1/2 spoon |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 spoon |
Tomato sauce | 3 spoons |
Onion | (small) 1 piece |
Green chili | 4 pieces |
Coriander leaves | as much |
Mint leaves | as much |
Lemon | 1 slice |
Now I am presenting how I made delicious chicken soup
⭐️Delicious Soup tutorial⭐️
Step-1:-
- First, I mix 2.5 spoons of corn flour in a little water. Mix the corn flour well with a spoon
- Now, break an egg in a bowl and mix it well

Step-2:-
- Now, take a sufficient amount of water in a pan and add the chicken meat there
- Now I add the carrots, cut into small pieces to the pan

- At this stage of cooking, I add the papaya, cut into small pieces to the pan.
- I add a piece of onion to the pan

- Now I add 1 spoonful of ginger garlic paste to the pan. Along with that, I add salt as required.

- Now I cover the pan with a lid.
- After a while, I add half a spoonful of black pepper powder to the pan.

- Now I open the chicken soup packet and add the items inside to the pan. And I keep stirring continuously.

- Now I take the chicken out of the pan and cut it into small pieces and put the pieces in the pan.

- Now I slowly pour the egg mixture mixed in the pan into the pan and keep stirring.

- Now I cut a slice of lemon and add it to the pan and keep stirring again.

- When the soup thickens, I put it in a bowl. My delicious chicken soup is finished.
- Now I add coriander leaves and mint leaves to the soup.

- Again, I take a picture with the soup I have made.

Making soup is easy and can be made with simple ingredients. Most of the ingredients needed here were in my house. I didn't have to struggle much. When I planned to make soup, the main ingredient for making soup was not at home.
Then I go to the grocery store below my house, buy a chicken soup from there and make my desired soup.
There is no such thing as having all the ingredients for making a meal always available. So, it is not right to refrain from making the meal. Nowadays, everyone has a store near their house. Everything necessary is available in those stores. I also did the same, When I saw that I did not have an ingredient to make soup, I went to the nearest grocery store and bought my item.

Chicken soup is a delicious and healthy food. It costs less to prepare this food. Besides, it does not waste much time to prepare it. A food that can improve mood can be prepared in 15-20 minutes. So, I would like to request my Steemian friends, try making this food at least once, I am sure your mood will improve. Apart from that, we also consider the nutrients in the foods we eat. From that point of view, chicken soup will be considered an ideal food. All the ingredients used to make this food are healthy. For example-
Chicken:-
- It is a great source of protein for us. Which helps keep our bones strong.
- Vitamins B-3 and B-6 which are very beneficial for our body.
Egg:-
- Eggs is a food rich in protein. It contains 9 essential amino acids required by the body.
- Helps in muscle building, tissue repair and physical fitness.
Carrots: -
- Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body.
- Protects against night blindness, dry eyes and cataracts.
- It contains fiber, potassium and antioxidants which

- increase digestive power
- In addition, other ingredients also play an important role in maintaining various health.
However, considering the aspects, I would say that chicken soup is an ideal food. Therefore, we should not say fast food but make chicken soup at home and enjoy the taste.
