✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

We have to eat food regularly to survive. But we do not always eat the same type of food. Sometimes we develop an interest in a different type of food. Then, if we can eat that food, we feel dissatisfied. Personally, I like to eat such food that has a positive effect on my mood. Especially, I want the afternoon meal to be special. So, at that time, I like to eat fried chicken more. My whole family also like it. That is why I give more importance to eat fried chicken.

✅ What is the process for making it? (share the steps

To make Fried chicken is a very easy method. Since I am not a professional cook. And I will eat the food myself; I prepare the food with the ingredients available at home.
Now, I have presented below the preparation method of food that has a positive effect on my mood.

Ingredients: -

Chicken pieces [Large]5 pieces
Egg1 piece
Soybean oil1 bowl
Soya sauce2 spoons
Tomato sauce1 spoon
Ginger paste1 spoon
Turmeric powder1/2 spoon
Chili powder1/2 spoon
Coriander powder1/2 spoon
Saltas needed
Galmi1/2 spoon
Lemon1 piece
Vinegar1 spoon
Flouras needed

Ingredients for my chicken fry

Preparation method: -

  • First, I wash the chicken pieces well and let them drain.
  • I cut the meat pieces into small pieces with a knife. This way, the spices can easily penetrate the meat.

  • After draining the water, I put the meat pieces in a bowl.
  • Now I rub all the spices including turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar and other spices into the meat.

  • I add lemon juice to the mixed spices.
  • Now I keep the marinated meat in the fridge.
  • If I keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours, the spices will mix well with the meat.
  • After two hours, I take the meat out of the fridge. And I coat the dough with egg.

  • Now I add flour as required and mix everything well.

  • Now I add soybean oil to the dough.
  • I wait until the soybean oil is well heated.

  • Now I add the marinated chicken pieces in the hot oil.
  • I fry the chicken on medium heat.
  • When one side is fairly fried, I turn it over.

  • I flip it a few times and complete the frying.

  • Now I take the fried chicken on a plate.

  • To make the food tasty, I take the help of cucumber, tomato and ketchup.
  • Now I take a picture with the chicken fried I made.

✅ What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?

When I make a food that has a positive effect on my mood, if I am short of any ingredient or do not have the ingredients, then I do not hesitate to take the food. I rather go to the store to buy that ingredient and buy the ingredient and prepare the food. I do not waste much time doing this. Because there are a few grocery stores below my house, and there is a chicken shop a little distance away. Therefore, if the ingredients are not available, it is very easy to arrange it.

✅ Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

I would definitely recommend others to try the food I made to improve their mood. Because-

  • We all eat chicken fries from fast food more or less. Although there are doubts about how healthy the food there is, this homemade food can be said to be 100% healthy, it can be said without a doubt.
  • Everyone loves chicken. It is a non-vegetarian food. It plays a special role in fulfilling our nutritional needs.
  • This is a delicious food
  • It is very easy to prepare and hassle-free.
