Food not only satisfies our hunger, it is also a part of our taste. We like to eat different types of food according to our mood or mental needs.
Question: What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?
Chicken biriyani is my 1st priority to increase and make my mood
I love any kind of chicken item. So, based on my mood and taste, I like to eat different chicken items. I usually like to eat chicken biryani, chicken chap, chicken roast and chicken with bread or rice.
But today, I cooked chicken kosha depending on my mood.
Question: What is the process for making it? (share the steps )
I will now share with you how I cooked this dish.

Blend one cup of onion, white cumin seeds and nutmeg together.

Mix all the spices in a bowl.

Mix the chicken pieces well in this masala. Once mixed well, leave it like this for a while.

Then you need to start cooking it. I used a cooker for convenience. This can also be done on the stove.

I'm cooking it now. I'll add a little water while cooking and stir it every now and then.
I'm done cooking, I'm going to put it down now. And I'm going to serve it in a nice clean bowl.

I often crave this type of food. I often cook it at home and also eat it at restaurants. But the taste of the food cooked at home is different. Sometimes when I really want to eat this food but I don't have the necessary ingredients at home, I eat it at restaurants.
Question: Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?
To eat good food, you need a good mood and taste. If you don't have a mood, you won't be able to concentrate on anything. To improve this mood, I will encourage my friends to eat this type of food. Because good and delicious food improves the mood.
