It is difficult to express the feeling of celebrating Eid at my in-laws' house for the first time during the Eid holiday. On the one hand, there was the excitement of celebrating Eid in a new environment, but on the other hand, there was a kind of suppressed nervousness in my mind. I went to my in-laws' house after 3 years of our marriage, but being there for a big festival like Eid was going to be a completely different experience. However, I will share some beautiful moments of celebrating Eid at my in-laws' house for the first time. So let's get started __

Eid-ul-Fitr brings a message of immense joy in the lives of our Muslims. After a long month of fasting, this Eid seems to open a new horizon. We wait for this day all year round, and when the Eid moon peeks in the sky, the festive atmosphere begins. Shopping had started at home a few days before Eid. My wife was doing various kinds of shopping for her family and my family, because this is the first time that my family and I will be visiting my in-laws' house for Eid. And I was wondering what the atmosphere there would be like. I have a good relationship with my in-laws and other relatives, but there will be a busy day on Eid and they will have some of their own customs. Finally, as the office was closed, we reached my in-laws' house the day before Eid. As soon as the car stopped in front of the gate, my in-laws and mother-in-law came forward to welcome us. Seeing the smiles on their faces, the tension inside me eased a little.

On the morning of Eid, I woke up to a festive atmosphere in the house. Everyone had taken a bath and dressed in new clothes. My wife was also wearing a beautiful saree and everyone in our family was wearing new clothes. I also joined them in Punjabi. I took a picture of my father-in-law, grandfather-in-law, uncle-in-law, and my elder brother in the courtyard outside the house.

After taking our pictures, we all went to offer Eid prayers together at a school ground in the area. A large number of people from the area had gathered at the Eidgah. After the Eid prayers at the school ground, I hugged everyone, I got acquainted with some people in the area of my in-laws. After returning home after prayers at the Eidgah ground, the real episode began. A variety of delicious food was being prepared in the kitchen. My mother-in-law was supervising herself. He also called me from time to time and asked me some opinions, which I liked quite a lot. I felt like I was part of this family. Lunch was then arranged. From pulao, korma to various sweet dishes – everything was amazing. I did not realize that a long time had passed by sitting in the courtyard with my father-in-law and other relatives. Everyone in our family was impressed by their warmth and love.

We all finished our lunch and rested for a while. Towards the afternoon, other relatives from the in-laws' house started arriving. The little ones were greeting us and wishing us Eid Mubarak, and I was greeting them as best I could. Even at this age, I felt like I was regaining the joy of my childhood Eid. Then we all went out for a walk before evening. There is a green and lush environment of the village around my in-laws' house and several beautiful places that I had not seen before. I visited those places while talking to them. It felt like the door to a new world had opened in front of me. As we walked around, it became evening, and after finishing the walk, I returned home.

The experience of celebrating Eid at my in-laws' house for the first time was truly special for me. I will never forget the way my in-laws and other members of their family welcomed me. Their love and sincerity touched my heart. This Eid not only introduced me to a new family, but also strengthened my bond with them.
