Assalamu Alaikum. Friends of the Steem hope you are all well. Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah I am also fine. So here we are in the month of Ramadan. The month of Ramadan is basically the month of forgiveness of sins. The virtues of this month are many. A lot of food is eaten in this month and even if you eat more, you don't have to account for it. There is usually a lot of eating and drinking in this month. So since we work here, we don't eat many things made by hand, we are deprived of many things. Usually only those that are available for purchase are eaten. So my wife thought that a pitha can be made since long ago Atap had sent rice from our house. It has been almost a year and the rice is spoiling, which is why the pita is made. It doesn't cost anything to make pitha, but if you want to make it perfectly, you have to follow some tips.

I gave some amount of sugar for those who eat more sugar must give more sugar and less for those who eat less. It basically depends on the way one eats. After making the pita with all the kai, I went to the oil. As these pithas go down as soon as they are put in the oil. Go up after a minute or two. For a while, I flipped it up and down. After a while, I took it out of the oil.

The pithas should be fried very nicely with oil. Put oil in the pot and leave it for a while. After 4-5 minutes of heating the oil in the pot, I put the pita one by one. In this way, I fried all the pitas in oil. After the market, when the pithas are up, when I tap it, there will be a sound, it means that the pithas are fried very well.

Then I made a small pita from Kaita. Can be done by hand and can be done in many ways. Arrange them all to be the same. So that small will not be big. It looks very nice. Each pita looks very beautiful with different designs of flowers and leaves inside them. It makes me want to eat.
