And if it's made at home using healthy ingredients, then it's okay.Friends, as far as I know, biryani is one of the favorite dishes of people of all ages.Today I am making a Chicken Biryani recipe using healthy homemade ingredients.Chicken Biryani is a very favorite dish of our family. I made chicken biryani for everyone today.Today I will share with you my step-by-step chicken biryani recipe.I hope you can make this delicious chicken biryani recipe by following each step I have given.So friends, let's get started.....

08 | Sour yogurt | 100 gm |
09 | Liquid milk | 250 gm |
10 | Tomato sauce | 4 tablespoons |
11 | Ghee | Two tablespoons |
Preparation method

- First, I took 500 grams of chicken in a bowl and added one tablespoon of ginger paste, garlic paste, and cumin paste to it.Then I added half of a packet of biryani masala and 100 grams of chopped onion and two tablespoons of tomato sauce.Inside it, I marinated all the ingredients for 10 minutes with 100 grams of sour yogurt and salt to taste.

- I put 2 tablespoons of soybean oil in a pan. When the oil is slightly hot, I put 100 grams of chopped onion in it.When the onion turns light brown, I take it off the stove and put it in a bowl. I add a tablespoon of sugar to the onion baresta. This will make the Onion Baresta crispy.

- I put a pan on the stove and added some soybean oil to it. When the oil was slightly hot, I added the marinated chicken.I cooked it well for some time. I put a measuring cup of water inside the chicken to make Boiled it ready .

- I put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan. When the oil becomes slightly hot, I put one tablespoon of ginger paste, one tablespoon of garlic paste, one tablespoon of cumin paste, and two pieces of cardamom and cinnamon in it.After frying all the ingredients for some time, I poured 500 grams of polao rice into it and fried it well for some time.

- After frying the polao rice for some time, I added four cups of hot water from a measuring cup inside.To enhance the taste of the biryani, I added 250 grams of liquid milk inside it.

- Once the rice had boiled a little and the water had reduced a bit, I added the pre-cooked chicken to it.I mixed the cooked chicken with the rice well. And after mixing all the ingredients well, I let it sit for some time.

- I mixed the rice and chicken well and added two tablespoons of biryani masala to it.After mixing it well for some time, I added a tablespoon of ghee on top before the biryani was done.And finally, I sprinkled the onion baresta on top and left it for some time, closing the lid of the pot and letting it .
