I am sharing my new blog with the wish of all the admin moderators and users in the Steem for Bangladesh community. Today I will make a Wallmet in the "Papercraft Contest (Week: 14)📢 Show us your Skills by Creating any Craft with Paper" competition organized by Steem for Bangladesh community moderator @shiftitamanna apu, and will share the steps with you. ✅ Present your paper craft to us in at least 4 steps.

Materials required for making papercraft:

• Cardboard

• Blue paper

• White paper

• Scale

• Scissors

• Anticutter

• Glue

Step 1:

I took blue colored paper. Then I made round marks with a knife. Then, using scissors, I cut it into circles.

Step 2:

On one side of the circularly cut blue paper, I put glue.Then I pressed the other side of the paper with glue. It will look like a corner. I glued all the cut pieces of paper in the same way.

Step 3:

Then I took the white paper and folded it to make a flower. I marked the petals with a pencil and cut the remaining part of the paper with scissors. When the fold is opened, a flower shape will be created.

Step 4:

This time, I used an anti-cutter to cut a piece of cardboard into a circle. I also cut a small round cardboard.

Step 5:

At this stage, I glued the prepared corner of the paper to the small cardboard. After completing the entire cardboard, I kept it aside.

Step 6:

Now I glued the top of the other cardboard along the middle and placed the previously prepared cardboard on the glue. As shown in the picture.

Step 7:

Then I glued the corners made of blue paper around the entire cardboard.

Step 8:

After unfolding the white flower, I decorated the middle of the flower petals with an orange marker pen. I adhered the flowers to the cardboard as the next step. Now, the wall's upper portion is finished.

Step 9:

To hang the wall, I constructed a yarn hook on the other side.

Step 10:

In order to secure the hanging flowers behind the wall, I cut seven pieces of thin white. Then I glued them. As soon as I attached the flowers at the bottom, my wall was ready. After it was completed, it looked very attractive to me.

✅ How did you get the idea of ​​making paper craft?

I like to keep my house tidy. I want to decorate my living room beautifully. I was thinking about how to change the look of the living room at a low cost. Then suddenly this idea came to my mind because I cut colored paper and made a wall mat. It will add vibrancy to my home and accentuate the beauty of the walls.

✅ Briefly tell us how you felt while making the paper craft

Making a wallmat is a matter of quite a lot of time. Once you start working on it, you wonder when you will be able to finish it. I'm experiencing restlessness till it's done. But when I hang it on the wall after making it, joy works in my mind. It has enhanced the beauty of the house and its color combination was very beautiful. The last stage of making a wallmat gives a touch of peace to my mind.
