Best Participant Selection Strategy and Innovative Participation Opportunities |
---|
Dear Steemit Team As part of the Steemit Learning Challenge 24, I would like to provide an update on my plans and the best participant selection strategy. My goal is to create a level playing field where all members, regardless of their financial capabilities, can participate and take part in the learning process.
Selection Process: Under my proposed selection process, I will select participants in two main categories: |
---|
1. Those who will participate directly (those who will buy parts and work):
In this category, I will specifically prioritise users who will implement their projects by purchasing the necessary circuit parts directly from stores or online. Their projects will be practical, applicable, and demonstrate skills in circuit construction. Through this, they will gain direct learning experience, and their work will be stronger.
2. Those who cannot buy but will work on diagrams on paper and pen:
For those who cannot buy the parts directly, I have put in place an alternative system. They will draw circuit diagrams on paper and show their ideas through videos. This will evaluate their creative thinking and design skills, and there will be no shortage of them; rather, this method will provide an opportunity to present their ideas clearly and beautifully. These participants will be able to learn valuable lessons based on their diagrams and share their ideas with the community.
Selection of the top four: I will select the top four participants who will fully and creatively implement their projects, and they will demonstrate a systematic and professional attitude towards their work. They may include: |
---|
Direct implementation participants: Those who simply purchased the products and implemented the project and created a working circuit as a result.
Paper-based participants: Those who clearly presented their thoughts and designs with their diagrams drawn on paper and pen.
Technical Depth of the Project: Those who have been able to explain the technical aspects of their project well and solve the problem.
Creative and Educational Presentation: Those who have explained the workings of their project beautifully so that other members can learn easily.
Last but not least, my plan is to continue this competition to give equal opportunities to all participants so that they can learn something new and improve their skills. Through this approach, I am sure that participants will not only create projects but also build a strong community by collaborating with each other.

Comment/Recommendation
I thank you for your valuable time and consideration and hope that this proposal can select the best participants correctly
I sincerely request the opportunity to be a part of the Steemit Learning Challenge 24 session. I am looking forward to another enriching experience and the opportunity to collaborate with fellow students and mentors.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
I promoted my post X here.
I'm curious... I like to ask questions...
Why have you "promoted" this post on 'X'? Who have you promoted it to?
You have 3 followers, 2 of which look like spam accounts.
As a "Marketing and SEO Expert" who has been on 'X' for approximately 16 months, aren't you slightly disappointed by this?
It means a user with low followers (including suspected spams) should not promote his entries on X or somewhere else...
I suppose at least he's got 3 followers, even if 2 of them are spam accounts. So 1 follower.
I see a lot of people promoting their posts on 'X' with zero followers.
Maybe in the future they will struggle for this.
I just asked because I also share entries on my Facebook, an account with no followers, but soon I wanna transform it into a FB page.
Is it right to do?
I don't know. I don't see a lot of point sharing content with nobody - unless you think that's going to give people a reason to follow you! Which would require that you share the best of what's available.
right
Your observation is absolutely correct. Really, the main purpose of sharing content is to engage people and provide real value. It’s not enough to just share, but to share something that will interest people and motivate them to follow you.
I believe that quality content and regular interaction will gradually build a good audience. So I always try to share something that is truly informative and helpful.
Thanks for sharing your opinion.
Thanks for your question. Yes, this is definitely a good idea. If you don't have any followers on your personal Facebook account, converting it to a Facebook page can be a great decision.
✅ Advantages of Facebook pages:
Posts and entries can be promoted easily.
There is a greater opportunity to increase followers and audience.
You can promote on a larger scale using Facebook Ads.
I like your plan! Gradually keep sharing content on the page, followers will come, InshaAllah.
Thank you very much for your explanations.
I hope you will surely be a teacher, and I also hope that after becoming a teacher, you will mark assignments honestly because I have never believed in Pakistani and Bangladeshi teachers in the past due to their polarization or biasing with some limited people in their favour. But, I hope you will do something good compared to them.
Lot of prayers for you.
Thanks for your observation. No matter the number of followers, the main thing is Engagement & Content Quality. I think it is not right to judge someone's effectiveness just by the number of followers. Sometimes creating good content gradually builds a real audience.
Many people share posts on ‘X’ (Twitter), even though they have less followers, it can be a strategy to create a new audience. I am trying to share quality content consistently, so that my network gradually grows.
Indeed. Very gradually.
Can you share some engagement stats on the posts that you've shared over the past 12 months? The most important stat obviously being click-throughs.
Thanks for your curiosity. I mainly work with YouTube video SEO, so that's what I mean by digital marketing. I've been sharing links to Steemit posts on X (Twitter) for about 16 months, but I don't know much about the strategy for increasing followers. If you have any effective suggestions, I'd love to hear them. And I've promoted this post so that it reaches more people and anyone interested in the learning challenge can participate. Hopefully, I was able to answer your question.
I am really inspired by your thoughtful challenge proposal, brother. Your explanation, plan, and clearly defined learning modules show that you are not only interested in acquiring theoretical knowledge, but also interested in giving students equal opportunities to increase their skills and creativity by applying it in practical life.
In your 6-week challenge, you have planned to provide a fully structured education by presenting specific circuit modules (such as PIR motion detection, Bluetooth 5.0 audio receiver, TP4056 battery charging module, etc.) every week. This will make the learning process consistent and well-organized.
Brother, the amount of planning, craftsmanship, and practical experience you have in this detailed proposal is clear. I believe that your initiative will become a unique and inspiring source of learning not only for students, but also for the entire Steemit community. I hope that through your challenge, we will be able to learn something new, come up with innovative solutions, and open up a new horizon in the world of electronics. Good luck to you, brother.
Thank you, brother, your valuable comments and inspiring words are really important to me. I have tried to create a learning platform where everyone can learn about different circuits of electronics in real life and can creatively improve their skills.
Through this 6-week challenge, I wanted to create a phased learning method so that learning is continuous and students can practice hands-on. Your feedback and support have encouraged me to be more focused on this path.
I hope that this initiative will provide an opportunity to learn something new in the Steemit community and we can all create more innovative projects together. I ask for your prayers and support.
Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback and experience! Indeed, it is possible to create cost-effective and efficient projects using these modules. It is great to hear about your experience in building a UPS, especially the way it has been working reliably for a long time, which is really commendable.
I hope that in the future we can work on more new projects and make people's lives easier with technological solutions. Your experience and advice are always inspiring.
It's a nice idea, but quite expensive if one would like to do it not only on a paper. Most likely, the SC upvote would not even be enough to pay back purchased parts.
Thank you for your answer. The price of these circuits is very low. The products are available starting from 30 taka to 250 taka at our Bangladeshi prices.
Okay, checked the prices here, where I live. The prices are up to 5 USD per circuit. It's not very, very expensive, although It's not easily available, and would have to be pre-ordered. Thanks for the answer!
