What is the national fruit of your country?

The national fruit of our country is jackfruit. Jackfruit is a very delicious fruit. There is no person in Bangladesh who does not know jackfruit in our country. The reason for nationalizing jackfruit in our country is: There is a large amount of jackfruit in Bangladesh, jackfruit is a much juicier fruit than other fruits. Jackfruit tree wood is a valuable wood in our country. Jackfruit can be eaten raw or cooked, and raw jackfruit tastes much better when cooked. I have eaten it a lot in my village. The leaves of the jackfruit tree are a favorite food of goats. You may say that mango could have been the national fruit in our country, but why not, because the national fruit of our neighboring country, India, is mango, so the national fruit of Bangladesh is jackfruit. The fruit of the jackfruit tree has been known since ancient times.

Our country's national fruit, jackfruit, has both a wonderful taste and aroma. However, in our country, this fruit is a seasonal fruit, especially in the months of Jyaishta and Ashadha. However, now this fruit is available all year round on new trees of good varieties. A good day of this fruit is a fruit full of nutrients. Nutritionists in our country say that jackfruit is the king of nutrition. The nutritional properties of this fruit include vitamins A, B, C, potassium, calcium, sugar, magnesium, etc. The shape of the jackfruit in our country is rich in thorns at the top and this fruit is large in size. There are also jackfruits that weigh 30 to 40 kg. However, 15 and 20 kg are usually available in the market.

How is the national fruit typically eaten or used in your country? Is it a seasonal fruit, or is it available throughout the year?

The way my country's national fruit is eaten, especially the way I eat it: The fruit comes in many shapes. First, the top part is cut with a knife or a knife and separated, then the jackfruit cells are taken out from inside, inside the cells are the seeds. The jackfruit seeds are eaten separately. Some people eat it just like this, while others make it into juice. Jackfruit seeds can be cooked and eaten. The seeds inside the jackfruit are a favorite food of domestic animals, such as cattle. This is a seasonal fruit. It is a summer fruit, this fruit is abundant in summer. But now good quality jackfruit is available all year round. If the seasonal fruit is available in other seasons, its price is 10 times more.

Do you enjoy eating your country's national fruit? Why or why not

I definitely like to eat the national fruit of my country. There is no person in our country who does not like the national fruit, jackfruit. I like the smell of this fruit a lot, but I do not like this fruit that is too soft, I prefer the slightly harder type and this type is available towards the end of the rainy season. Everyone in our family likes to eat this kind of slightly firm fruit, so I buy it when I find it.
