Assalamu Alaikum hope you all are well and healthy. So friends today I am on Steem for Bangladesh Going to participate in unique recipe contest hope you all will like my recipe. Let's get started then. I woke up in the morning and got my kids ready. If I was at my father's house yesterday, today I went to my father-in-law's house. So I came in the morning and did the work that my mother-in-law had. Then got busy cooking although my mother-in-law could not cook anything due to illness. My kids were hungry so I cooked the food for my kids which is very quick. This food is very favorite and dear to me. I love khichuri very much. I have cooked khichuri with meat. My daughter likes liver very much. So I cooked roasted khichuri with chicken liver meat dal tomato potato. This food is generally available in all countries. And the food is very familiar and familiar to almost everyone. So I cooked my favorite food for Iftar.
Usually during Iftar I think we will enjoy this dish a lot. Although I haven't cooked fried khichdi for a long time. All of a sudden when I leave Bona and cook it will be very nice and tasty in everyone's mouth.

Then I put the pan in the middle of the cooker. I gave the amount of oil here. And put green chillies chopped onion chopped and cloves and masala in there.

Then I fried the chillies and onions well in oil until they turned red in color. Then add the ginger batter and fry it well and add enough water.

Then I washed the meats with clean water and cut them into medium size and left the meats in the seasoning.

Then I mix turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and different kinds of spices. I left in the middle of the meat. I made the meat spicy.

Then I gave half a kg of rice
I washed it in clean water. I left the rice on the meat. Then I shake everything and mix.

Then I took two handfuls of dowels and washed them with clean water and released them. Then cut two tomatoes and leave them on the dough and rice and mix well. Then I covered it with a lid.

Then I check the meat and potatoes to see if they are cooked. And cover it with water as much as possible and wait for 10 to 15 minutes. When the water dries up and the khichdi becomes smooth, I take it out of the cooker.

We can cook this dish any time we have guests at home. This food is very tasty. Sometimes the whole family cooks together
