Betterlife - The Diary Game | 26 june 2025 | "We are collecting the outstanding balance of our pesticide store."
Today is the dues collection day for our pesticide shop. Today will be a very busy time and also very stressful. We will have to organize and feed food for the customers. Our pesticide shop has total 400+ farmers dues. We will organize food for minimum 600 people. Let's start the diary.

In the morning, before going to pick up the fish that I had ordered the day before, my brother gave me some work to do. I had to prepare the spices for cooking the fish. I called some women from our village and let them process the onions, chillies, ginger, and garlic. The women are very skilled at this work, their hands moving very quickly. Some are cutting, some are pasting on the silk.
I went to the pesticide store and opened the store. Today, the cash table will need more space here, so I took the pesticide cartons here to the warehouse and cleaned the store with a broom.

My brother is coming with the fish, the cooks are preparing the stove. They are bringing in the van, from the decorations, to the handis and other things for cooking. The cooks are starting to wash the fish. I have also put a lid on the water. They are washing the fish and putting it in the basket. I came home to get the chopped onion and the ginger and garlic paste.

Meanwhile, cooking has started. A small hole has been made in the temporary stove and a handi has been placed in it with bricks for cooking. First, the fish is being fried for the first time. We will do our entire cooking three times. The first cooking will be in the afternoon and the second handi will be cooked in the afternoon and the last one will be at night.

We have cooked rice with the first handi. Our menu was white rice, roasted fish and lentil dal. We will cook a handi dal with the first handi. After cooking the rice, we have placed it on a stand. We have cooked the first handi by noon and are ready to start feeding the customers when they arrive.
I came to the store's cash register. We have made a separate sheet for customers who have purchased from us. I glanced at the sheet once. I added up the remaining amount on the entire sheet to find out how much we had in total. Our pesticide shop has a balance of 3.2 million+ BDT (USD 26,500+) in the last 6 months, which is 210,000 steem compared to the steem.

Since the afternoon, customers have been coming to pay their dues. First, they are being fed and then their dues are being collected. It seems that our dues collection is less this time than other times. My responsibility was to look after and control the food pandal and on the other hand, sometimes I have to spend time here to collect the money from the shop. I allowed the last deck of the night to cook and we are slowly ending our busiest day.
I sat at the cash register of our shop and collected money from the customers by looking at the balance sheet. Our dues collection this time is not very good. Out of our 400+ farmers, there was about 270+ attendance and the collection rate was 45%.
I opened our money box at night and bundled the money according to the value of the notes and put it in the bag. I will return home with 12 lakh taka from cash. My brother will finish the remaining work and return home at night. I am ending today as it has been a very busy day.
