A great contest on creativity has been organized in the Steem Fashion and Style community. The theme of the contest is Contest || Unlock Your Creativity || Week - 17".So let's start.

Every person has their own creativity. After marriage, I have learned to cook very well while cooking for my family. No work is easy and without practice, there is no creativity in any work. Cooking has become an addiction for me now, that is, I love to cook different types of food and this is my creativity.

"Gour Kolija Fabsa Bhuna Recipe"

So I will share a great recipe with you. The name of my recipe is "Gour Kolija Fabsa Bhuna Recipe". What I need to make this recipe is given below.

Preparation method:

  • First step: First, I will clean and wash the liver of the cow and fry it with a little water. This will remove the dirty blood or water inside the liver and give it a beautiful color. Then I will wash them well again with clean water.

  • Second step: Now I will put a pot on the stove and heat it with a certain amount of oil, add bay leaves and add onion slices and stir lightly.

  • Third step: Now I will add ginger paste and garlic paste together and stir for a while. Then I will add cardamom cinnamon pieces.

  • Fourth Step: Now add turmeric powder, chili powder and garam masala powder and fry for a while with a little water.

  • Step Five: Once the spices are cooked, add beef liver and fry for a while on low heat.

  • Step Six: Once it is cooked, add enough water to cook and cook on low heat for about 35 to 40 minutes.

  • Step Seven: Once the meat is cooked, that is, when oil floats on top of the curry, you will know that it is cooked. At this time, add cumin powder and stir for a while and remove from the stove.
