The special moment of my life that I captured as a picture to remember that always. Greetings to you all, I am super excited to share with you a special moment of my life that I captured as a picture to remember. But first of all I want to sincerely thank @ashkhan for this great privilege to share my story.

These pictures posted here are related to that moment. That moment was the day of my matriculation. That day marked the threshold of a new chapter in my academic journey. January 24th, 2025 was the day of that special moment at Akwa Ibom State College of Nursing, Oron Campus.

The ceremony was celebrated in an Open field that made the sun cast a warm glow over the Campus ground where the Provost, Dignitaries, Director of Campus, Students Families, and Well wishers gathered for a ceremony that would significantly start up a transformative period of my life. As I danced with my colleagues into the open field filled with eager faces and proud families, a mix of excitement and nervousness coursed through me and I danced as if I was mad that day. Afterwards I took my seat among my colleagues.

The ceremony began with a speech by the Director of Campus emphasizing the values of knowledge, integrity and services. A lot of events were done such as dancing, singing and presentation speech by the students of the school. The Provost of the College also gave her speech and after that, the best students were called for their prizes as applause filled the room. Afterwards we sang the Nursing Anthem and then Capped as student nurses.

This day was actually a day to be celebrated and remembered because most of my colleagues who started with me in Preliminary training session (PTS) couldn't make it till matriculation because they didn't pass the training session examination which lasted for Six months.

After the training session most people failed and had to drop out from the school, Out of a hundred and three student only sixty eight students were able to pass the exams and matriculated. I was one of the 68 student who pass and made it to the matrix by the special grace of God so I had every reason to celebrate. I didn't just pass but I came out with a colourful result, most of my colleagues who were able to make it had to resit some papers they failed before they could pass but God on my side I didn't pass through all that stress. It wasn't easy, the pains, the sleepless night of studies, prayers, pressure from tutors and peers were not light at all but I still scaled through and all those sacrifices and hard work were not in vain and I don't have any regrets for doing all those things I did today.

So therefore I will never forget this pictures in my life for any reason because they are my motivation to keep going no matter the challenges I face in school. When I feel like giving up but look at these pictures I will feel energized, motivated and more focused. Reflecting on that moment is not just merely a ceremony to me it was a pledge to myself to embrace challenges, seek more knowledge and shape my future. that day also reminded me of the support system around me, my family and friends where all there to cheer and support me from the audience.

Since that day, my matriculation pictures as stayed with me as a reminder of the dreams I hold, it marked the day of the beginning of learning, growth and opportunities to make impacts in the society.
