First login to your wallet with your active key

From the screenshots after opening your wallet it will automatically changed to clickable green then on that arrow showing green you click power up, options will appear click on the power up and proceeds to putting the amount of Steem you want to power up. Cross-check the amount and click Ok, the powerup process is complete and your Steem power will increase according to the Steem you powered up.
