SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 55

Greetings to you dear friends. I hope everyone is doing well, I am also well by the endless mercy of Allah, Alhamdulillah. Just like every week, this week dear @ashkhan ma'am has organized a competition. This gives us the opportunity to participate. I pray from my heart for her. May Allah grant her the ability to live a healthy life, Ameen.

A few days ago, I went home, but before going home, my mother and father called me and told me to come home quickly. My mother was telling me that my father was going to eat duck meat. Therefore, I needed to buy either duck meat or chicken meat. I had also already told my parents to inform me whenever they felt like having something to eat.

On Thursday morning, I left the madrasa early and went home. After reaching home, the first thing I did was eat the food cooked by my mother. After that, I took the bike that we have at home and went to the village market. In our area called Bagbati, there is a large market. It is a traditional market, and I went there.

A very unfortunate thing is that I didn’t find any ducks there. From what I could hear, various types of ducks are sold and they are gone early in the morning. Also, the type of duck I used to buy was Rajhata, but the Rajhata ducks were sold out. There were local ducks, but I didn’t like them very much. I saw an elderly man sitting in the distance with a chicken.

I had no doubt left that he is a religious person and comes from a religious family. Perhaps chickens are reared naturally at home in their own way. My curiosity led me to ask him directly, and my assumption was correct. I wanted to take one chicken from him. He asked for 500 Bangladeshi Taka, which is equivalent to 33 Steam credits.

They are ordinary people who cultivate and raise things in their own way, sell them, and make a living. I think if people like us help them and buy from them, it will be very beneficial for both us and them. May everyone stay well and healthy, Allah Hafiz.
