It's pleasure for us to present Newcomers Curators Team Application "Explorer". Our team consist of 4 team members all are dedicated, passionate and hardworking, continuing work on Steemit platform and ready to do best for new comers, either supporting through votes and guidance where needed.
Team members details
My name is Mrs Esther Ubokutom Martin but known as @dequeen here on Steemit. I joined Steemit on May 2021 and since then till now, I have been active.
I'm from Nigeria, the giant of Africa, I was born and raised in my country, and out of the many languages in my country, I understand and speak English, Ibibio and Nigerian pidgin.
I am currently a moderator in Steem-fashion and style community and in Steem kitchen. This helps me to have maximum interaction with user. Although I have had no experience as a curator, I take on the challenge, with perseverance and discipline as I do in my life in general.
In life, I always believe that every one has frist time in every thing as such curation will be an exemption.A journey of a million miles begins with a step. I am smart and forward thinking person who can easily master a large step with little supervision.

This is @sur-riti from India, I had work as adminstrative officer in Health and Medical department. Now, I am running my own business of clothing and surgical instruments and just chilling my life reading novel and stories. I have joined Steemit about three years ago in 22 July, 2022. This is @drhira, joined Steemit platform on May 2021, its about 4 years have completed successfully. Though interaction with different friends and family I was able to overcome all the challenges which I had faced when I was newcomer.
Since the time I have joined Steemit platform I am working actively without any power down history, hence sharing my daily diary, participation in contests and also in challenges its awesome experience; I am in love when I interact and engaged with my friends posts. Why we can be a good curation team
As the curation team of Newcomer Team, there are four members of our team who have walked the path here from their beginning to today with a lot of honesty and hard work. Also, the question may come here, what measures can we take for the newcomers? Then it can be said that we will definitely extend a helping hand to them. Starting from their minor mistakes, we will try to correct any major mistakes first and try to do them through steps at the next stage.
Also, strict action will be taken against fake account holders either using AI, ChatGPT and efforts will be made to teach them the steps to work honestly and through .
Finally, we can say that we will try to provide all the facilities and arrangements so that new comer do not have any problems working here and from the very beginning they can present their skills and creativity here with honesty, dedication and hard work, God willing.

It's a privilege to be a part of this incredibly simple, intelligent, and passionate team. I've been connected to each member of this team in some capacity for a long time. My three female colleagues have accepted me as their teammate and given me the opportunity to do something truly special. I just wish that the Steemit team gives our team a chance to work for New comers so we can all prove ourselves.
I am really happy to see this and feel proud to be a member of this team. I hope that we will all do something good for the newcomers and provide enough service to show them the right path.
