SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 54
I hope you all are doing well. I am looking forward to taking part in the SFS Contest today Picture of the Day - Week 54 hosted by @ashkhan. It is such a great event where we get to share our special clicks and moments with the help of photography and I am very pleased to be a part of it. Being a person who likes to capture little things about life, I am looking forward to my presentation of the selected picture in the theme of this week.
I have a lot of attachment to this photo as it evokes the feeling of affection and beauty of a new member of my family. Those floor lamp and the plants that you see here are newcomers to my little world, which I brought home this week. The manner in which the lamp diffuses its patterned shine in every corner of the room immediately makes the establishment a magic place, akin to a small art gallery in my home.
I have always thought that home is not only a living place, but also a mirror of personality and inner peace. That is why I enjoy designing the surrounding with various things: small or loud, but able to make harmony and beauty. Plants, however, to me, are synonymous with life and freshness, and the warm light of a lamp brings about the element of calm and relaxation. They both bring an ideal blend of nature and comfort.
Whenever I sit down this corner, I experience some relaxation and happiness. It is a miniature escape in my house as I am able to relax, reflect and just admire the beauty of the world. That is why I decided to make this photo my Picture of the Day because it does not only represent beauty and adornment but also the feelings connected to making a home calm and joyful. 🌿✨
