Today, I’m going to share with you all my drawing of the Beautiful Blue Aparajita Flower. I really love this flower. It looks very beautiful. So, let’s take a look at how I completed this drawing.

🔹Step I

	User name and date

To start the drawing, first I took a white paper and wrote down the community name, my username, and today’s date. Then I placed it on top of the white paper and captured a photo. Now I began the drawing process.

🔹Step II

	Start to drawing

While drawing, first I created three oval-shaped outlines. Then I drew the lower part of the top oval shape. After that, I outlined the lower sides of the bottom two oval shapes.

🔹Step III

Now, starting from the bottom of the flowers, I drew the stems and several leaf shapes. I also added two small flower buds. The Blue Butterfly Pea flowers, their stems, and several leaves have been drawn. Now I’ll begin coloring.

🔹Step IV

	Using light blue

While coloring, I started with blue color on the top flower I had drawn. Then gradually, I applied blue color to the upper parts of the remaining flowers. I used blue color to lightly shade, leaving some white areas.

🔹Step V

Then I lightly used blue color on the lower parts of the flowers. I also applied light blue on the two small flower buds I had drawn earlier.

🔹Step VI

Left side leaves and stems color

Now comes the coloring of the leaves and stems. First, I used green color on the left-side leaves and stems. Then I started coloring the right-side leaves.

🔹Step VII

On the leaves, I lightly applied green color in the empty spaces. Then I used some yellow color to adjust the color combination.

Using gel pen

Then I applied a little bit of black color on the leaves so that the green color looks a bit darker. Now, to make the drawing look beautiful, I used gel pen for outlining. The drawing and coloring are now complete.

✅ How long did take to complete your drawing and how do you feel about it.

It takes to almost one hour

It took me about 55 minutes to complete this drawing—almost one hour. After giving the finishing touches, I was amazed by its beauty. Truly, I love the Blue Aparajita Flower,and when it’s drawn by my own hand, the affection becomes even stronger.

Finally, I took a selfie holding the drawing. I had been wanting to draw this flower for a long time. The reason is, one day while browsing the internet, I suddenly saw a picture of this flower. At that moment, I thought I would draw it. And that thought led to today’s artwork.
