The name of a golden chapter in my life is Bhabki Gafur Mandal High School. The picture you are looking at is not just a brick and stone structure, it is a living gateway to my memories. How many smiles, how many tears, how many stories of friendship are intertwined in every dust particle. Every morning, I would run through this gate with my bag on my shoulder, as if I were entering an unknown kingdom. And after school, I would return with a smile of victory.

The scene inside is still vivid in my eyes. That field, where as soon as the tiffin bell rang, we would fight fiercely against each other. The grass may not be as green today, but the echo of that running and shouting still rings in my ears. And the classroom! Sitting on that bench, I have done hundreds of calculations, memorized many poems, and been scolded by sirs and madams many times. Tapping a single letter from the blackboard was like a huge battle then, but today those moments seem the sweetest.

If we leave out friends, the story of school life remains incomplete. Sharing tiffin for each other, settling minor quarrels in an instant, exchanging answers with a wink in the exam hall — all these were part of our lives. Reading storybooks secretly in the gaps of class or laughing by imitating teachers, these little crazinesses created the best moments of our lives.

Today, we may have grown up, each of us has gone in different directions on the path of life. Yet whenever I see a picture of this school, it feels as if time has stopped again. It feels like I am standing in front of this gate wearing those childhood clothes and shoes, carrying a bag on my shoulder. Because, this is my school, my second home. From where I learned not only knowledge, but also the most important lessons of life.
