Lifestyle The Diary Game | 06/04/25 | Our Groom's Wedding Shopping Adventure & a Day Well Spent

Today, we went to the market to buy our friend's wedding dress. Since his wedding was about three to four days away, we thought we could complete all his shopping. He had already told me about this because he was in Bahrain and had come to Pakistan earlier, so now we have to do his shopping from here. This is our old Steemit friend @ramzanbaow, whom some of you might know.

We left our house at around 10 am because the famous brands open between 10 am and 11 am and then we also had to take time to go, so we left the house at 10 am and first of all we stopped at Meezan Bank so that we could withdraw our money through ATM because the money was in our account, so we have to go to the brand there and give the money directly, so I withdrew the money from there.

After withdrawing the money, we traveled a distance of 20 to 30 kilometers and reached the city of Sahiwal near us, where there is a huge market, and we can easily get everything there. We had to buy a pant coat and a sherwani for the groom, so for that we went to Sharer Rabbani Cloth House because they have all varieties of clothes. If you want to buy clothes for a child, a woman, an adult, a groom, a bride, whatever kind of clothes you want to buy, we can easily get them from there, so we went directly to this brand.

First of all, we went to his basement because all the groom's belongings were there. So, the first thing we had to do was buy a pant coat. We went to the basement for the pant coat and from there we bought a gray color pant coat. Then after buying that pant coat, we put the whole dress on the groom so that we could know its fitting. His pants were a little loose, so we gave them to him there to get it sewn from the inside so that they could adjust it to our groom's settings.

We got the pants coat for Rs 15,000. After buying the pant coat, we went to the second section because from there we had to buy a sherwani for the wedding day, so we selected the sherwani in a mehroon color so that it would look beautiful according to our groom.

We saw different types of sherwanis there: black, off-white, and even a mehron color, but out of all of them, the mehron color looked most beautiful on our groom, so we selected it and then checked it by wearing it on the groom so that we could adjust it accordingly.

Similarly, we bought matching shoes and a cap with this sherwani so that the entire dress would be of the same type. We got those items for about 18 thousand rupees, and we got them packed from there.

After buying two sets of clothes from there, we came straight home and rested for a while. After resting, my other friend and I reached the nearby Harap station to get our motorcycle serviced. There, we parked our motorcycle in the car wash. He started cleaning it, and we sat on the side and chatted for a while.

The weather has become very good since then because when we went shopping in the morning, the sun was very hot, but now the clouds have come, cool winds are blowing, and we were sitting and enjoying a beautiful moment as friends.

After getting the motorcycle serviced, we came home. I had just reached home when I got a call from my brother because he was also on vacation, so I had to go pick him up from the bus stop. So I left my friends at home and went straight to the bus stop. From there, I picked up my brother, and from there, we headed home.

On the way, my brother was thirsty, so we stopped at a sardai vendor who makes sardai made from almonds and raisins, and also adds various other dry fruits to it, which is a beautiful gift of summer. We stopped there and each had a glass of sardai.

After drinking the sardai, we reached home. My brother rested for a while. By then, it was evening, and at night, my sister requested that she wanted to eat feast chocolate. For this, I went to a shop in my village where different types of ice cream are available. From there, I bought feast chocolate ice cream. There were other guests at our house. I bought a feast chocolate for everyone, which was worth Rs. 100, and nine chocolates worth about Rs. 900. I brought them home, and after returning home, we all enjoyed it together.

Whenever we have guests at our house, when my aunt or uncle come, we must play Ludo with them. So, we installed the Ludo game on our mobile and started enjoying the game together. This is how we enjoyed our night.
