Some of my dev projects will be temporarily suspended from August 1st

Hello, this is @joviansummer. Unfortunately, some of my current dev projects will be suspended on August 1st. Purpose of suspension is to cut operational cost by re-arranging my dev resources and reduce footprint. With current operational cost I'm not sure about sustainability of my whole dev effort, so this is inevitable for myself. Suspension is temporary, but services which hardly anyone uses nowadays may be suspended indefinitely.

The list of suspended projects is as follows:

• jSTEEM: Telegram based blockchain explorer
• STEEM.NFT: digital art preservation
• jsup.GEN: text-to-image function
• jsup.GEN: image-to-image function development
• Missed block report on witness discord channel

My other projects will be maintained as usual.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully it won't take too long, but I expect it may take more than a month to migrate/re-organize/test.
