The Diary Game: /29th May, 2025/ MY CANCELLED CDS MEETING DAY
Hi everyone it's always a pleasure sharing my activities with you all in this platform, I believe we still have reasons to smile.
What is a day without me living pretty in it 🙂. Yesterday got me on both ends(relaxed and busy) I got up from bed at about 6:15, said my prayer and then went straight to my door to have a view of what the sky looked like, you won't believe what I saw?
A dead rat in front of my room 😱 what might have happened to it I asked, could it have taken poison or it died a natural death. What a sight to behold as the first thing outside my doorstep.

The rat has served his purpose on earth I said to myslf as I got rid of it and continued with my business. I did my chores as fast as I could so I'll be able to meet up with my Community Development Service (CDS) meeting for the week.
God! I was famished like i haven't eaten in ages. I thought of what I could come up with for breakfast and ended up going with bread, egg and tea as that is what i could lay my hands on immediately.

After breakfast, I freshened up and prepared myself for the weekly activity, just when it was almost time it started raining making the meeting to be cancelled.
I know you might be wandering if I was happy with the change😌 yes yes and yes i was delighted. Everywhere became so cold I had to close my windows, wrapped myself with my wrapper, watched a movie and then later fell asleep, it was blissful.
I woke up when the rain had subsided and tried making a list of things I wanted to get from the market, oh my goodness I had a lot on my list and didn't know where the cash to acquire those things was going to come from.
To cut cost, I carried my rubber to our little farm to cut some waterleaf which I'll be needing in my soup, it isn't the type I really like but at least it saved me some money.

After the exercise I hurridly changed to something more comfortable and went to the market. My village people obviously came with me because how on earth did I forget my Atm card, how was i suppose to pay the market women🥺 well, there's always a way out in everything.
I took a lot of time in the market because i had a long list of things to buy but i kept praying it shouldn't rain until i got home as the cloud became gloomy, the market part was actually stressful as i could barely carry my bag because of my fractured elbow, it was a whole lot for me.

I finally got home and started my cooking process, the meal I went for actually took time as I was caught up with darkness, I wasn't sleeping on it actually, I did put in my best to be fast.
At last food was ready and I ended up eating something heavy for the night( I wonder if this is how I am going to achieve my flat tummy 🤦🥵)

To crown my day I cleaned my room, freshened up and found my way to the bed to continue from where i stopped in the afternoon.
