The Diary Game:/20/07/2025/ FULLY BOOKED SUNDAY
Hy everyone I trust we are all doing well.
The month runs like it has legs just like yesterday, I can recall wishing people a happy new month and today the new month is swiftly folding up. I had a fun filled Sunday and I'm happy I enjoyed every bit of it.
There's always joy in the presence of the Lord and that joy I sure had to the fullest on Sunday in church. After service, I had to face the reality of not seeing a place I could buy eggs to prepare my meal so I had to bounce back to my go to food(rice).
It was a mission accomplished for me but what I got wrong was thinking if I observed my nap, I was going to meet up at the graduation/ send forth ceremony which I was invited to as I slept past the time.
By the time I woke up everyone had left and I had to rush just so I could also grace the occasion with my presence. On getting there I realized they had gone a bit far in the programme and I rushed to take few pictures of corp members present in that school, who are passing out in no time.
Rain will always want to grace your occasion this season and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it, the rain disrupted the occasion for a while but it didn't stop guest and staff from being happy. A particular group of men took over the floor and danced until the rain subsided, it was really beautiful to watch how good dancers men are.
Food and drinks were made available to everyone present and cakes were being cut among which was the one specially baked for the corp members. The school management presented the outgoing corpers present a certificate of appreciation for their dedication and good conduct.
The event continued with lot of exciting activities but because of time, most of us had to leave as we had a birthday party to attend. It was another phase and it went well although we ended up staying more than we planned due to the heavy downpour that night. I got home very late and I could only manage to warm my food cover my wrapper and called it a day indeed.
