SC-S24W3: Cartoons

My humble greetings to all steemians around the world. I have been amazed by graphics I see around me and most especially pencil drawings. Coming across this engagement challenge. It amazed me to try out something although not perfect but I believe it can modernized in process.

On this Spécial exercise, we are required to create a special design of cartoon characters named as caricature. These are forms of cartoons which represent a specific form of exaggerated cartoons. These may vary in terms the eyes, nose and mouth. However any of these factors may vary depending on the choice we are taking.

In this drawing there are sample parameter which we must follow to obtain the desire results. In my design, I was able choose a character which is going to picture special features like the nose and eye and mouth in a unique way as mentioned above.

Let's begin.

First thing I do is to mark out my paperwork in order to locate the center in the landscape mood. This is because I want my design to be centralized there. Next

I proceed to mark out the position which will mark out the mouth, nose and eyes in my drawing.

After marking out these features, I decided to start my drawing straight away by using 2B HB pencil. This is used to make the frame of my drawing solid and precise.

Choosing the mouth, I decided to go a character which is screaming loud. For this reason a rectangular cone shape mouth will fit this character best. From here I proceed to reshape the mouth to the desire results.

From here I proceed to mark the facial by constructing a polygon shape structure that with depict the facial expression I wish to create. The results are as shown below

From here, I framed the skull and make it look more appealing In such a way that it will capture the moment or the type of cartoon we are about to create from here, I reshaped the drawing on the face and make it look like what we see below.

In the next steps, I will be adding the eyes nose under the ears using circles in which I will equally reshape them to my desire structure. After carefully analyzing and coming out with the they require results, I was able to make something like this.

From here I proceed to put on the necessary features like the eyeballs and lenses to make it look even more weird under fitting in our criteria. By the time I'm done with this step, I was able to achieve these results.

Proceeding from here, my diagram was already looking more as what I would love it to look like, I didn't see the part, I decide to move on to the next step by adding some hair. Also putting the hair, I have to make it look more unique And fit the caricature standards of drawing.

Randomly I should have end here but then, based on what i have light from the last comment The instructions that were given, I decide to add the bottom to my drawing which are going to be a mini version of the bottom side of the character.

Finally, my drawing is complete and you can see that I was able to pull out something.

Although not perfect, I hope to improve in the next lessons as I have the interest to continue the lessons to the end it was an amazing task and I was able to learn a lot in the process. Hoping to processionalize my skills as the days go by and equally as the engagement challenge continue till week 6.
