IN THE MORNING
As I woke up very early in the morning, I
felt a sense of excitement and joy. The holidays
are here, and I get to spend quality
time with my little bundle of energy,
Princewill. My two and a
half-year-old son was already up
and about, chattering away in his
sweet little voice.

As I was getting ready for the day,
Princewill came to me with a big
smile on his face and said,
"Mummy, I want fried plantain!" My
heart melted at his request. How
could I resist that adorable face?
After cleaning and bathing him
(and myself, of course!), I headed to
the kitchen to prepare his favorite
breakfast.
The aroma of fried plantain filled
the air, and Princewill's eyes lit up
as he took his first bite. "Mmmmm,
yummy!" he exclaimed. It was such
a simple pleasure, but it brought
me so much joy to see my little boy
happy.
The rest of the morning was a blur
of playtime and fun. We played with
blocks, read books, and even had a
mini dance party. Princewill's
laughter and giggles were
contagious, and I found myself
laughing along with him.
IN THE AFTERNOON
As the afternoon wore on, I decided
to cook up some vegetable soup
for lunch. Princewill "helped" me in
the kitchen, which mostly involved
him trying to stir the pot with a
spoon and making a mess. But it
was all worth it to see him so
engaged and excited.

IN THE EVENING
As the evening rolled around, I
prepared white rice for dinner.
Princewill was getting sleepy, but
he still managed to muster up
enough energy to eat his dinner
with me. We sat down together, just
the two of us, and enjoyed our meal
in comfortable silence.
As I looked at Princewill, I felt
grateful for this little life that has
brought me so much joy. Being a
mom is not always easy, but
moments like these make it all
worth it. As I tucked Princewill into
bed tonight, I couldn't help but feel
thankful for this special day we
shared together.
