The Diary Game: Visiting My brother's Cement Shop And preparing food for the Family//1st April,2025//

Welcome to another beautiful month in 2025,the forth months of the year, God as been faithful to us, our family and loves ones , I'm glad that you made it into this new month.

Guess what!
It's my month... oooooooooh 🎊🎊🎉, I'm always happy when it comes to the April because another year will be added to my already existing years on earth by God's grace, I don't joke with my month.. ooh.

Here's how my day went ;

Every first of each month we usually have Fresh anointing service in church,a moment of encounter that ushers us and sustain us throughout the month, but I couldn't meet up with the service,it usually start by 6am but due to distance I command my month at home I woke up by 5am I started by worshipping God before transcend into another realm of prayers until I prayed my way out into the new month, after I was so praying I check the time it was already a minute to 7 o'clock I quickly went outside to wish my siblings happy new month after that I had my bath and went assist my brother in his cement shop since he has a function to attend,it was not good for the shop to be locked permanently for a whole day.

Luckily for me my brother came back in the afternoon and take over the shop and I went home to prepare meal that we will eat in the evening,so I prepare our favorite dish Afang soup and the process of preparation is usually much which I couldn't snapped all the steps but only capture the major one.
All the chores I did in preparing the food landed me at night before I could finish everything

Here's fufu, the swallow that I prepare in the evening so that we can eat with the soup, the process of preparation is usually long so for me to beat the time I focus on the finishing aspect.

Here's slice Afang leave, this is the most tedious part because it has to be slice very tiny and most people usually take theirs to the market for the market women to help me them slice. Have learnt it over the years so I find it easier to do it especially when the knife is sharp.

Here's the fresh Afang leave plugged in the farm, picked, washed,wilt and ready to be sliced.

Before I could finish the whole process of cooking,it took so much time and I ended up completing everything at night and here's the few shoot I could snapped after cooking the soup

Cooking is most time consuming activity especially soup which has a long processes in preparation, but in all,it ended in praise because we had dinner to eat at end of it all.

Sir,it was sumptuous.

Personally, I can't Cook Afang soup without periwinkle exception I was not the one that went to the market , I love it too with periwinkle and plenty palm oil.
