in Steem Cameroonyesterday
Greetings dear lovely friends in these ecosystem, it's another exciting day to share my lifestyle diary with you guys here, hope you will find it interesting as you always do.

Even in my whilist dream I wouldn't thought of cooking soup on monday but something came up that made me Cook soup on monday the beginning of the week.

Guess what!
I actually did Cook on Saturday but I cooked with local fish which my immediate elder brother doesn't eat, all my hope was that his journey will last him till weekend because he traveled for business trip. So on sunday evening around the hour of 9:30pm I heard a knock on the door which I had already went to bed so that I could wake early for work, I went out and saw that it was my brother returning from the trip, I was anxious to ask why he chose to return back by the exact hours but he was looking tired and exhausted and I was so sad because there was no food and the food that's available was cooked with something he doesn't eat. So he freshen up and take garri and sip and we all went to bed.
Early morning he woke up and went to site while I was still on the bed, I woke up around 8am and saw that my brother has drop money for me to prepare soup, I didn't hesitate since he didn't eat last night, I went straight to the farm and plug afang leave, washed and sliced before I had my bath and went to market to buy the soup items .
Yeah, I got to the market I saw so much crowd and ask whether it's big market day and it was, I was unhappy because I don't like buying cooking ingredients on big market day because of crowd people from others State usually come too to sell so I prefer normal day but I just managed to push through and bought everything, the road was blocked by cars and trucks

After I finished buying everything I couldn't see vehicle immediately to convey me back home so I waited for about 15 minutes search for tricycle that could go my direction so I finally found one and hoop in immediately and here I landed at home that was afternoon already so I started preparing the soup, it didn't waste much time because I had already sliced afang and took it to the market for grinding water leaf too was plugged and washed before also leaving to market so what was left was just the soup items.
Coming back in that afternoon I quickly washed the meat, fish, Periwinkle and sauce them at once placed it on fire for steaming.

After steaming it properly I add a sizable quantity of water and allow it to boil very well before adding my water leaf and other items like Crayfish, Maggi, salt and pepper and allow it to boiled before adding grinded afang leave with oil and stir it

1000017493.jpgHere's when I put grinded afang leave and the soup is almost ready

So after I added afang leave I stir it properly and allow it to cook for 2 minutes on fire and the soup is ready to served.

I actually finished cooking in the evening, I was tired because of the process of doing everything just by myself , but just one thing was left to complete the whole chores that's garri preparation, although I was tired but I just needed to prepare garri at once so that when my brother comes back he will not struggle about it,so I just went ahead and boiled water in the kettle and measured garri that will be enough for us and make it.

After I was done with everything,I had a very warm shower and relax for the day.
