The Diary Game: Refilling My Gas And Buying Things For The Store 23-06-2025

Hello ladies and gentlemen of steemit, I am still your friend @joychi102, Jesus! My gas finished yesterday and I was all alone at home and my husband was out already to open his shop, I didn't even noticed that the intensity was down.

My husband woke up early and told me to cook beans so that when he comes back from opening the shop he will come and eat it, so as I was boiling the beans I noticed the gas has finished because the beans was not boiling anymore, I shaked the cylinder and I almost went mad. I had to summon courage and carried the cylinder on my head to go and fill.

Thank God there was light so I plugged in the hot plate and put the beans so that it will keep it warm till I come back from refilling the gas. When I went to the nearby gas retail shop, thank God the guy was there and I asked him to fill 5 kilo for me, it was heavy, very heavy so he helped to drop it at my door post after he finishes filling the gas, I appreciated him and tipped him also.

When I struggled to take the cylinder inside, I immediately turned it on and apply fire to it, so I began to boil the beans till I was done preparing it. After I finished preparing it, I dished that of my kids and kept for their lunch and also took some to the shop, I remained my husband's own in the dinning and left to the shop.

As I got to the shop, I packed things in place and took this selfie. The weather was so beautiful and my customers were coming so, this is exactly how I do enjoy my business day, customers coming on their own and keeping me busy with sales, I so much hate dull days very much.

Sales was moving and the weather was mild, not harsh and not dull so everything was normal, when my kids came back from school, I thanked the teacher for taking out her time to bring them back from school because I was thinking how I will be able to bring them back home while I am still in the shop and their dad is still there at his shop.

There is this leaf I have always wanted to buy so that I can add it to water and boil and drink, the doctor approved of it as it is good for those that have constant stomach upset, finally after searching for a long time my neighbor was able to see it and called me to go and get it but I paid small money for it then I plugged it back to the shop and kept it so that I can take it back home.

As my husband came back from his shop, he told me he won't open for the day again, so he joined me in my own shop and helped sell then asked us to go back home and cook.

I went back home with my kids and we cooked okra soup, I know so many people are wondering why we eat okra these days, okay it's okra season and the little money you buy okra, the quantity will be much so that is why we opt to cooking okra.

After we cooked the soup, I dished for the family and me and my kids ate so we slept small around that kind 4 in the evening and my coconut plug called me to come and see the coconut stand so that I can buy and sell in my shop.

When I got to the stand I saw it but what I noticed it is that the coconut was not strong to be plugged so I paid half of the money the owner demanded and told him to take care of the coconut stand for me so that when they are strong I will come and plug them.

When I got to the house, my kids were crying that they want to go to the shop and stay with their daddy, so I told them to wear their clothes and so that we can go. When we got to the shop we stayed there small and started taking pictures together, see me and my kids.

As my husband finished selling, we packed together and went back home to go and rest, I could not eat again even my kids could not eat again so it was only my husband that ate. After he finished eating I gave him warm water to bath before I made sure all of them went to bed and then I wrote my diary and also joined them.
