Hello Steemians colleagues good evening to everyone how are you all doing today. It's gladden my heart to be here as part of you. Here goes my daily lifestyle, please stay tuned.

MORNING ACTIVITIES

Thursday was a heavy day , one I knew would be tough from the moment I woke up. It was the day we’d finally say goodbye to late Uncle Mike Akpan, a man who was more than just an uncle he was like a second father to us. Even when my own dad was alive, late Uncle Mike Akpan always treated us with so much love and care, like we were his own. His passing left a big hole in our hearts, and Thursday was dedicated to giving him his last respects.

The whole family had been knee-deep in burial arrangements for days, making sure everything was perfect for him. We wanted to honor him properly, and I believe we did. We all wore white, a sea of white, symbolizing peace and our hope for his peaceful rest.

The decorations at the venue were white and purple - a splash of color to make the somber day a bit more vibrant, just like late Uncle Mike Akpan's life was vibrant.

The service itself was emotional, but seeing so many people turn up to pay their respects showed just how much he was loved. We laid his corpse to rest, and as the final prayers were said, a wave of acceptance washed over me. It was done, he was at peace.

AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES

By 30;00 PM, the burial ended, and honestly, I felt completely drained. I headed straight home, wanting nothing more than to shed my formal white attire. I changed into some simple, comfortable clothes - something that made me feel like myself again.

EVENING ACTIVITIES

I had plans to meet my friend later, a welcome distraction after such a mournful day. Around 6:00 PM, I left to meet her. We talked, we laughed, and for a while, I forgot the day's sadness.

When I finally got back home, I was exhausted but also felt a quiet sense of relief. I freshened up and decided on a light dinner just some fruit,

My body was tired, but my mind was still buzzing. As a newcomer to Steemit, I’d been trying to stay consistent with my posts. Despite the exhaustion, I managed to push through and create my post for the day. Once that was done, I didn’t waste much time. I just fell into bed and slept off, ready for a new day.

Thanks for reading my post.
