The Diary Game [16/04/2025] The Champions League Second Leg Quarterfinals.

Steem greetings from the motherland-Cameroon to @everyone and welcome to my blog for another session of my lifestyle content. Guys, it was the final day for the return leg game of the Champions League quarter-finals. The countdown was on and the atmosphere was electrified as we prepared for the ultimate clash between Arsenal and Real Madrid.

Many doubted Arsenal's defeat of Real Madrid at the Bernabeu Stadium. The mind game on social media displayed by Real Madrid fans was a spectacle that would shake the whole earth. Though many acknowledge Gunners having a precision squad, many doubt if they will hold against the galactic force of Madridista.

Of course, we Gunners fans know that the Madidrista starship is fueled by legacy, but don't forget that Arsenal's defiance could scramble it.

The tension was on and all we the Gunners could say was that every pass and every tackle would determine who would carry on the day in glory and who would crash into the void hehehehe.

The talking and arguing with Real Madrid fans during the day needed someone to fuel the tank while waiting for the final minute of the game to start. I prepared my delicious coki and plantains full with nutrients to keep the body and soul together.

Before the kickstart of the game, I was fully energized and ready to face the game tension. The mind game by real fans continued as I went outdoors and everywhere in town was ignited and waiting for the game to kickstart.

It was match o'clock and we all sat to watch the 90 minutes drama. It was an outstanding performance from the gunners despite all the mind games displayed by Real fans. We came to the Bernabeu, we saw, we conquered and we kicked Real out of the Champions League this season to secure a place in the semi-finals.

Arsenal maintain the historical record of the team never beaten by Real Madrid in the Champions League. Indeed the phrase “…At Bernabeu, anything can happen” was not chanted again after the 90 minutes of drama.

Arsenal awaits to face Paris Saint Germaine on the 29th of April and we are confident to triumph to the finals. Until my next diary session, it is a good night from my end.
