The Diary Game [07/04/2025] // Work From Home due to Lockdown
Steem greetings from the motherland-Cameroon @everyone, and welcome to my blog for another session with my daily lifestyle content. It was our usual Monday lockdown imposed by separatist fighters and most people use this day as an opportunity to bond with family. To farmers, it is an opportunity to plant maize, beans, yams, etc as this is the planting season.
I woke up not feeling strong enough to embark on any hard task for the day. Taking malaria drugs requires caution otherwise, it might end up causing more complications.

The weather this season is the reason for the poor health as it is arranged that in the rainy season, no rainfall for over 2 weeks. Even when it rains, the kind of harsh sun that comes up after the rain is terrible. We suffered serious heat waves and whenever this happens, mosquitos are everywhere.
My kids requested one of their favourite meals which is my plantain pork combo. I had all the ingredients at home and my 8-year-old daughter assisted in preparing the meal because she knew I was not in good health.
I showed her how to peel off the plantains and while she was peeling, I cut into desirable slices to fry. I had to show her how to fry because I could not stand up for a longer time.

While she was frying the plantains, I sat down and washed tomatoes and green bell peppers and sliced. I already had cooked pork meat in the freezer. I removed it and used it to fry with the tomatoes and other ingredients.

It was a joint venture with my daughter to prepare the meal and she enjoyed every moment of the cooking process. It was easy for us to prepare the meal and lunch was due on time.

I love the meal due to the nutritional value of plantains and mixed veggies of carrots, green beans, bell peppers, garlic and onions. These ingredients are beneficial to my health.
After eating and taking my afternoon dose of medication, I had to do some work online. After the work, I napped for about 2 hours. I had to take some fresh grapes from my fridge and enjoy them.

In the evening hour, I took a warm bath though temperatures were high but because I was suffering from malaria, I had to bathe in warm water to adapt my body temperature to that of the environment.
We had to follow the premiere league game between Newcastle and Leicester. The first 45 minutes of the game were boring and Leicester conceded 3 goals. The second half of the game was interesting as Leicester tried several opportunities to at least score a lone goal to no avail.

The day ended with a positive impact on my health and I feel better each day. Until my next diary session, goodnight guys and have a blissful week ahead.
Hopefully you will recover quickly from malaria. And the current natural conditions are uncertain. We in Indonesia are the same. And I am very interested in today's menu. Bananas with chili sauce. Amazing. Because in my place I have never seen it. Hopefully his life will be blessed. My only advice is to be patient. Greetings from me @whalewinners
The weather transition is a major problem for us now but we will conquer it.
Hello mam, how are you doing? Please i couldn't get you on WhatsApp anymore..
