I believe that hope is one of the most powerful things in life. Today i am very happy to write my post for the "Eternal Hope" contest. What does the word hope mean to you?

Hope is a very strong and beautiful feeling. For me hope means “never giving up.” It means believing that something good wills happen even when everything seems bads. Hope is liked a small light in a dark room. It gives us courage when we feel weak. When we are in pain hope tells us that the pain will end. When we fall hope helps us to get up again. Hope lives in our heart and tells us “Don’t stop keep going.” It helps us dream try again and believe in a better tomorrow.

Mention a difficult situation in which hope has helped you move forward.

A difficult time in my life was when i suffered from blood deficiency. I felts very tired and weak every days. I had to goes to the hospitals manys times i was scared and worrieds about my health. I saw my family also feeling sad for me. At that time i started losing hope. But one day i saw a little child in the hospital smiling even though he was also sick. His smile touched my heart. I said to myself “If he can smile i can be strong too.” That moment gave me hope. I started eating better taking my medicine properly and thinking positive. Slowly i got better. It was hope that helped me fight and move forward.

How do you think you can convey hope to other people?

I believes that we can give hopes to others through small acts of kindness. A simple smiles a kind word or saying “You are nots alone” can makes someone feels better. I also believes in sharing our stories. When we tell peoples about our hard times and how we overcame them it gives them the courage to face theirs own problems. We can also gives hope by helping others in needed praying for them and standing with them in tough times. Spreading love care and support is the best way to spread hope.

What recent news has made you feel hopeful?

A recent news that gave me hope was about young people planting trees in many parts of Pakistan. I saw this news on social media. Many students and families were planting trees to fight climate change. This made me very happy. It gave me hope that people still care for the Earth. In a world where pollution and deforestation are common this good action gave me hope that we can save nature. If we all work together the future can be green and safe. This news made my heart feel light and peaceful.

Hope is something we all needs life can be hard sometimes but if we keeps hope in our hearts we can get throughs anything. Hope is likes a candles in the dark it may be small but it can lights the way. I prayed that we alls stay hopeful and we helps others stay strong too. Thank you for readings my story.
