Breathe and continue + Iniquity

In life, some people are just naturally stubborn, who, if they didn't do what is in their minds they would never be comfortable. At the place where I worked before, I was placed to supervise the entry place when the manager traveled.

I constantly caution the staff to be diligent in their work, not to leave their duty post, be kind to customers, and so on, but when the manager traveled, they suddenly changed in their behaviour. They began coming to work at late hours of the day and closing early hours, accounts weren't balancing.

Whenever I talked to the ladies, they would try to manipulate me, and as a very young guy, they would see me as too small, forgetting that the power had been bestowed upon me before the arrival of the manager. I kept warning the staff to the point I had to give one of the staff members a warning for her constant negligence.

Lo and behold, when the manager arrived 2 weeks after his travel, he decided to go through all the CCTV cameras and found footage of the activities of the staff, which wasn't just the main issue. He felt sad. Although it was time for auditing each of the offices, external auditors were invited, and three of the staff were sacked for not just gross misconduct, but for the losses they incurred for the company, which has never happened.

I got upset, because the staff were looking at me less, simply because I looked too small. Also, I was upset by their pretensions and abandonment of their duty post, turning their office into a studio, and a lot more, which got me angry. Everything ends with the arrival of the manager and auditors.
