The price of broiler chickens in our country is currently very low. After participating in your broiler project, I became a member of some broiler chicken farming groups on Facebook. I saw some reasons in the Facebook groups for the low price of broiler chickens. It is summer in our country now. There is a lot of rain, and some areas are flooded. That is why the price of broiler chickens has decreased.

The political instability in our country is one of the reasons for the decrease in the price of broiler chickens. There has been political instability in our country for the past year. Sometimes, the price of broiler chicken and food decreases, while at other times, it increases. However, the price of broiler chicken is expected to grow in a few days. Due to the fear of floods, broiler farmers are selling the chickens on their chicken farms.

My total cost = 1530 Taka (local) or 93.7 Steem

The weight of five chickens now = 4 kgs

If the price of one kilogram of chicken is 9.2 Steem, the price of four kilograms of chicken is = 36.8 Steem.

Investment in raising five chickens = 93 Steem

According to the current market price of broiler chickens, the price of five chickens = 37 Steem

The average investment for two broiler chickens is 37 Steem
Price of two broiler chickens = 15 Steem
I have lost 22 Steem in raising broiler chickens.

I have purchased a total of five kilograms of food for four items to feed five chickens so far. Then, I bought three items of vitamins. I had purchased medicine for some early diseases of chickens. My chickens are still healthy. I have tried my best to raise my chickens. I have benefited from learning by raising chickens for the first time.

I am pleased to report that the chickens have increased their food intake since last week. If my chickens had been eating like this before, they would have gained more weight. This week, the chickens have gained 226 and 210 grams, respectively. I will keep the chickens for one or two weeks longer than the specified time. The chickens' feathers have grown. Out of my five chickens, two are females, and three are males. I found that, in line with your lesson, the males are eating more food than the females. I have increased the amount of food given to the chickens, and I hope they will gain a significant amount of weight next week.

I thank Steemitblog and mentor rmm31 for organizing the beautiful and educational Challenge 24 Broiler Project. I am very happy to raise broiler chickens. I got mental refreshment through the broiler project. I got peace of mind by taking care of the broiler chickens after working in the office all day. I will try to make the chickens bigger. I will try to take the chickens to my village home.

The five broiler chickens I raise

An educated, unemployed person can become self-sufficient by raising chickens. Our mentor, rmm31, has taught me the techniques of raising broiler chickens every week, which I was previously unaware of. I think our other users could have gained practical experience by participating from the beginning. I looked at the chickens and saw that the petite broiler chicks from a month ago had now grown significantly.

If my broiler chickens were of A grade, I would gain the expected weight in a month. Then, I was successful. My five chickens are healthy and disease-free. They recognize me because I feed and care for them every day. I will miss my broiler chickens very much because I will save their meat when they gain weight.
