I love chicken chap. I often make it at home and eat it. Today I shared this delicious recipe with my Steemian friends. I hope everyone like it.
First, here are the ingredients I need to make this recipe:
First, I will take 2 chicken breasts. It is best to take the chicken thighs. I will cut them and clean them thoroughly with water. Then I will soak them in water.
Then I will pound the pieces of meat with something hard. This will cook the meat quickly and make it soft to eat.

Then I will rub the chicken with the spices. I will rub the chicken with the above spices. After rubbing it well, I will store it in the fridge for about 1 hour. This will allow the spices to penetrate well into the chicken.

After 1 hour, I took the meat out of the fridge. Then I mixed half a cup of gram flour with curd and mixed it well.
Now I will put a pan on the stove. Here I put about 1 cup of cooking oil. I put so much oil that 1 portion of the meat is completely submerged. You can put more if you want.

After the oil was hot, I put the chickens in the oil. Keep the heat on the stove low and fry slowly. If the heat is high, the outside will be cooked but the inside will remain raw.
I will fry these slowly on low heat. I am done frying. Now I will take it off the stove.
My chicken chaap is ready. This is my final recipe.
It tastes great with bread. So I made flour bread.
I ate it with bread. It tasted amazing.
